Smokey building from the late eighties

Location is good, nice walks, staff is friendly.

Everything smelled like smoke. It’s probably because they were smoking in there, in the bar and in the restaurant.

suited our needs and a good place to stay, but some knowledge of German would be useful

the location was good, even in the bad weather

this was a smoking bar, this was not clear in the property description, and could be off putting for many people. Also the restaurant facilities were limited, again not mentioned in the description. given that we visited out of season the food was excellent, but the menu was limited and the rest day (Rühetag) was not mentioned.

Komme gerne wieder!

Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt, die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, habe paradiesisch geschlafen und ein herrliches Frühstück genossen. Das Gasthaus hat noch den Charme des Unperfekten und steckt voller Erinnerungen, es lebt und atmet und man kann sich sehr frei und ungezwungen fühlen, das gefiel mir besonders. Am Abreisetag streikte mein Auto, selbst da ist mir noch geholfen worden....

Die Unterkunft ist gut , günstig und empfehlenswert

Beim Frühstück hat man eine gute Auswahl und es ist ausreichend vorhanden. Dazu gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das Essen was Angeboten wird, schmeckt sehr gut und ist reichlich. Das Personal und der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist recht zentral, wodurch sämtliche Städte wie Bitburg, Trier und Luxemburg schnell zu erreichen sind, genauso wie sehr viele Wanderwege

Es war alles top; die Lage, die Sauberkeit, das Zimmer, das Frühstück, der Betreiber! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen!

Es gab überhaupt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hätte.
