The room was okay. Two dogs cost 15 euros for one night.

Upon arrival we received keys to a room that was already occupied!! We could have stolen all of their items if we wanted to. Once we told the receptionist she didn't believe us and rolled her eyes, proceeded to check and then gave us a key to another room as if this was no big deal. That made our stay quite weird as we didn't trust that no one would enter our room. The layout is very confusing, and creepy upon arrival at night. Resembles an old hospital. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, which is quite a shame.

Great staff.... Jan was excellent making sure all was good. The food was plentiful and good value. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The bar served Bitburger which is good as the brewery is just down the road!! All in all I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel as well as my 10 travelling companions.

The breakfast was good, but I’m like every other place in the country. It was not included. The staff was friendly though.

The rooms were a little dated, nothing flashy. The main concern that I had was that is so far away from downtown that you couldn’t drive to the bars if you’re comfortable driving back or walking back.

The manky odor of the facility and having to walk through a cigarette smoke filled entryway are enough to make me never book another stay. Nice having EV charger hookups, but the parking spaces are not designated, so non-EV's blocked me from using them. A sign posted how to use them would be nice, or some kind of payment authorization at the charger.

Slowest communication ever.

Booked a room for work, got charged twice for the same room (probably booking.com their fault). Unfortunately had to cancel a day before arrival. Took them a week to respond to my cancellation, after which they notified me I was too late with cancelling and had to pay the full fee. Alright, bit harsh but fair. Still waiting on a response to me being charged twice. All in all, no experience with the hotel but if the communication is very slow.

When you can't find a good B&B, you might end up here.

Great staff, but the Hotel itself is a run down pilots hotel and the owners are not going to invest 1 cent to make it better. The bathroom was literally falling and rotting apart. Food was the worst kind of factory buffet. Someone is making a lot of money.

The whole impression of the hotel is spoiled by the person at the reception

The hotel is located in a quiet green area, where you can walk and even run - there are two stadiums and a 24/7 fitness nearby.

This place lacks hospitality and cordiality. The receptionist of the hotel is very unpleasant and impolite person. In behavior, he looks like a boss - he talks very pathetically, does not help the residents, and says - "I'm always right!". Plus he drinks wine at work. He's tall and thin, you'll recognize him right away.
