If all this hotel had was the view, it would almost be enough. You feel completely immersed in the Alpe di Siusi. We woke to the sound of cows playing and watched the sun go down with a panoramic sunset every night from our balcony. The room was clean and luxurious, very comfortable. Delicious upscale breakfast buffet, with extremely attentive and friendly servers. Dinner was a great opportunity to taste local mountain fare with new dishes every night of the week. Healthy portions with a beautiful view from the dining room. The pool and wellness facilities were some of the best I've ever experienced. Looked like something out of a movie set.

Towels were a bit thin. The pool and spa hours are very specific, check that schedule before booking. You also need to be aware that you cannot drive in or out of the area from 9-5PM. That is not the hotel's fault, it is a regulation of the area to reduce congestion. We thought this was going to be a huge issue, but it was not a big deal when you have a full day of adventuring planned. This hotel is remote, it's probably an hour drive to any of the major touristy sites nearby.

Dem Hotel fehlt die Seele.... Die Besitzer sind nicht sonderlich an Ihren Gästen interessiert. Man bekam nicht das Gefühl " Willkommen " zu sein...Wir waren 1 Tag zuvor in Kastelruth in einem 3 Sterne Hotel-da wurde Herzlichkeit groß geschrieben und man fühlte sich willkommen. Das Frühstück war nicht lobenswert! Man wurde nicht mal auf die bestellbaren Eierspeisen hingewiesen, was ich für ein 4 Sterne Haus erwarten darf!!! Ich bestellte mir ein Spiegelei-was soll ich sagen....es war kalt, nicht richtig gebraten und einfach lieblos auf den Teller geklatscht.... nicht schön....😥auch wurden die Handtücher im Zimmer vergessen bereitzustellen - wir mussten nach dem Skifahren an der Rezeption anrufen und warten bis welche gebracht wurden. Niemand ist perfekt-aber bei diesem Preis ein " No Go".
