Perfect stay if you want to be close but not too close to the centre. Good value.
Lovely reception area and very friendly evening staff. Room was good, excellent shower. It’s a great location, 3 mins from metro, train or bus. Lots of bars and restaurants just down the road which we found to be great value and not too busy (less tourists)

Quiet Escape With Paris at the Doorstep
The hotel is set in a quiet neighborhood close to several Metro, Bus, Tram and RER options. There is always a staff person on site who greet you as you enter and leave. The room was typically "French" small, but very comfortable. There was a small desk to work at and a comfortable bed for one, although maybe a bit snug for two.
The quiet neighborhood was relaxing, but it is not a tourist or commercial area. There were only a few dining options on the night I wanted to stay close. Still, the ease of getting around by transit makes it possible to find something interesting.

Overall a very pleasant stay in a boutique hotel, with a very accessible location and worth the price.
The location was perfect, 5minute walk to metro and RER and 20-25 walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. Our room had a perfect view of the Sacré-Coeur and the express breakfast was worth it! The staff and reception were very polite.
The cleaning could be more thorough, especially in the bathroom and I would prefer it, if the towels and sheets were changed daily. The door of the bathroom opened and closed like a wardrobe, which lead to poor soundproofing but it was ok.

Fantastic location, quiet and residential but within easy reach of everything we wanted to do. Lovely hotel with a relaxed vibe and excellent staff.
Rooms are small but well appointed and with everything you need.
