Lovely place to stay

Absolutely lovely place to stay. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully kept. We had breakfast there, and everything was fresh and delicious. The spa & wellness area was amazing - such a relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. Ah, and the cats were the cutest !!

Cozy hotel with direct access to the slopes, warm decor and a pleasant spa

The hotel has direct access to the ski slope (you have to cross the black trail - it is not strongly demanding). Very tasty breakfasts, helpful staff. A pleasant spa with free drinks. The rooms were clean, the towels and bedding fragrant. Large parking lot, close to the park and town

There are several cats living in the hotel - for allergy sufferers this can be a nuisance. The only downside in our room was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom, which made it damp. On the weekend the spa was quite crowded.

Beautiful location. Lovely staff. The room we were given initially was smaller than expected and they changed it the next day. The restaurant was very nice and the bar relaxed.

It was a bit far from the town. Either 20 minutes walk or a short ride on the car. It would have been better to have a shuttle bus.

PURO RELAX

Ho soggiornato a La Tana dell'orso per una notte, se vuoi farti un weekend in una spa in inverno con la neve, straconsiglio questo posto, ti lascia un senso di relax e pace interiore dopo la spa. C'è una piscinetta calda all'interno della struttura circondata da stanze, tra docce, sauna e luogo di relax, mentre all'esterno c'è una tinozza d'acqua ghiacciata, vasca calda con idromassaggio e un'altra sauna, il tutto circondato da neve. Per essere un hotel a 3 stelle, le stanze sono ben fornite di accappatoio + telo e asciugamani, il phon ( quello buono) e dei campioncini di shampoo, balsamo e crema corpo. In quest'hotel verrete accolti da 4 gattini molto coccolosi.

L'unica pecca per me è che il check-in inizia dalle 15:00 invece che in mattinata.

Struttura ben arredata e personale accogliente. Se sciate una pista costeggia direttamente l’albergo. La spa é la chicca della struttura.

Posizione ottima, facilmente raggiungibile e a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di Ponte di Legno. Colazione molto buona, a buffet, con ampia scelta e prodotti artigianali.

Un bel ricordo di relax

Mi è piaciuto sicuramente lo spazio benessere e SPA. Ideale per coppie che vogliono rilassarsi e coccolarsi. Ma anche il ristorante offre una cucina veramente buona.

Non mi è piaciuto che la stanza che ci è stata data aveva problemi con lo scarico del WC. Lo abbiamo segnalato subito alla ragazza in reception, la quale è salita da noi in camera per verificare. Ha dovuto chiamare al telefono qualcuno che la aiutasse a capire come sistemare l’inconveniente. Il tutto si è risolto con un “purtroppo è un po’ vecchio e bisogna schiacciare con delicatezza lo sciacquone. Se ricapita dovete provare a toccare la levetta qui dietro altrimenti ci richiamate”. E se ne è andata. Onestamente mi aspettavo che per quello che ho pagato mi venisse offerto un cambio camera. Questo non è avvenuto. Non lo abbiamo chiesto noi perché ci sono rimasta e allo stesso tempo non volevo mettermi di malumore durante il weekend del nostro anniversario. Infatti il resto del soggiorno è andato bene.

Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere. Location meravigliosa, spa curata e ristorante di livello.

Mi è piaciuto molto la gentilezza nei confronti della mia cagnolina e la prontezza nel soddisfare le nostre necessità (il phon in camera si è bruciato nell’accenderlo e ce lo hanno sostituito subito, così come si sono resi subito disponibili a creare un menu alternativo per mia sorella che ha varie allergie alimentari..)

Piccolo neo sicuramente risolvibile: se la colazione è servita fino alle 9:30 il buffet deve essere rifornito a mio avviso sino a quell’ora. Noi certe cose, essendoci presentate a far colazione verso le 9:10 abbiamo dovuto chiederle perché terminate e non rifornite.

Mi è piaciuta la location suggestiva con l'esterno molto curato. Stanza confortevole con il necessario. Consigliata per gli amanti della montagna e del relax.

Avrei gradito degli strumenti e degli spazi in camera per asciugare i costumi bagnati, accappatoi e asciugamani.
