Great location and friendly staff…

Great location within an easy walk of the centre, friendly staff and convenient parking. The superior double rooms are comfortable with the bonus of robes and slippers. Delicious breakfast. Thank you for a lovely overnight stay!

Excellent will certainly return when in the area

This was a very well run Best Western with all facilities excellent and we enjoyed a very good evening dinner. The Patio room was a good choice especially when travelling with a dog. Breakfast also good. A special mention for the staff who were all very friendly efficient and smiled a lot which makes a difference.

Good hotel but the management needs to check the work done by their staff.

Good location and the room was nice

We stayed 3 nights and the last night the room was not cleaned (we didn’t leave any card on the door and we were out from 8am to 8 pm). We had to call the reception to report it and get clean towels. The day after we informed again the receptionist and she simply apologized but it would have been nice to have a commercial gesture.

Vannes a great town. Our stay was very enjoyable!

Released the stress of having moved house

At least one comfortable chair would have been Welcome Also a more easier access of towels drying face where to put towel . Needed to step out of shower to reach for towel would have been good to have a couple of easy access hooks or bars for towels in Bathrooo

Excellent Stay - would stay again.

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel is just a short walk down to the centre of Vannes. The parking under the hotel is good and accessed by a lift.

Excellently positioned hotel

The location was excellent for exploring the old town. Parking was also very straightforward, using either the free car park at the bottom of the road or the hotel's own underground car park. Breakfast was excellent.

Star hotel for family with teens

Fabulous duplex room on two floors with a balcony. Great size, very comfy beds. Spacious bathroom with a tub and big shower heads. Felt like recently refurbished? Generous choice of food at breakfast (selection of bread and pastry, cereals, fruit, yogurts, sausages etc). Within walking distance of the town centre. Paid parking in the garage.

Just what we wanted for a single night stay

Everything was as expected from a Best Western Hotel - everything worked, the room was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The location made access to the heart of the city very easy - we were really surprised by Vannes itself and would like to have stayed longer.

The hotel is located in the center. A very nice hotel, the room is also spacious, clean and the furniture is comfortable and beautiful. A large and comfortable bath. Excellent breakfast. We requested in advance and paid for secure parking adjacent to the hotel, which is a great advantage for those arriving by car.
