Reception were poor. We were asked to email arrival time, we did that for 3pm check in time. When we arrived we were told the room wasnt ready and would be 20 to 30 minutes, in fact it was over 90 minutes sitting in reception waiting. When youve been travelling all day it is the last thing you want. Apartment was fine, but the list of stripping the beds, etc,etc when you leave was not very pleasant. Would not return.

The appartments adjoin the Best Western Hotel. This houses the Cote Patio restaurant which gives a discount to appartment residents. The location is excellent, a very short walk from the town centre and the medieval area. Our recent stay was very comfortable. We were happy to get an apartment with a balcony at the back of the property overlooking the garden. It was very quiet apart from the barking of a couple of little dogs in a nearby apartment.We understood that this was something that could not be avoided by the management which was always very pleasant and helpful. We found the restaurant menus, although limited, to be excellent. We appreciate that they made provision for my husband's allergy to gluten. This is not something very common in French hotels. Although there was major building work going on right across the road, this finished each evening at 5pm. Our failure to give full marks is mainly due to the very very poor reception from the ONLY English speaking TV channel, CNN. However, we would certainly stay here again.

The hotel was practical for our family of four -- once we found it! Indeed, we had to go to the Best Western hotel to check in. We stayed for 2 nights, and it was not very clear whether we were supposed to do the cleaning ourselves, pay extra for the cleaning or if the cleaning was included. It would be helpful if that were clearer on the site and on location. Indeed, these seem to be weekly rentals that are sometimes rented out like hotel rooms...but the practicalities are not clear. Anyway, the apartment had two bedrooms, good bedding and a nice bathroom (though small shower). It would be especially practical for longer term stays.

This is a great option for staying in Vannes. The apartments are very central and because they are attached to the hotel you get the advantage of a reception for ordering taxis, using the facilities, etc. the apartment was a great size and spotlessly clean with fresh bedding available weekly and loads of towels, not just for the counted number of guests but extras

The apartment was in a great position on the edge of the town, so it was easy to walk into the town centre but remained relatively quiet. Hotel staff were very helpful and apartment was well equipped and clean. The furnishings in the flat were a bit spartan.....no pictures or cushions, but this was a minor point.
