Clean & comfortable with helpful reception staff.

The room was very clean & the beds very comfortable. The room temperature was lovely & warm as it was very cold conditions outside. The breakfast was very good with a varied selection of hot & cold foods. There was secure underground parking, accessible only by a passkey & intercom. The staff on duty at reception were very helpful & friendly.

The restaurant was actually closed!!, even though 2 days prior I had emailed requesting to reserve a table for 2 for dinner, which was confirmed by return email. The reception staff were very apologetic on hearing this & arranged for a meal to be brought in for us, which they served in the breakfast room. They dealt with the situation quickly & efficiently but I still don't know why my table reservation was accepted & confirmed in the first place, as it was obvious the restaurant was all closed up, for the time of the year presumably.

Secure underground parking (for a fee). A modern hotel with air conditioned rooms, which was welcome as the outside temperature hit 30. Not far to walk to the old town.

A rather bland hotel for a one night stay .

Reasonably well located just outside the centre of Vannes. Staff were pleasant.

A rather small room and, as one couldn’t open the window at night, due to traffic noise on the busy main road outside, the air conditioning was insufficient.

A really restful stay - despite having dull showery weather.

Excellent b/fast. Room was cleaned daily, unless requested otherwise. Short walk (uphill) to the shops, old town and buses. Excellent bus service.

The evening meal was provided by caterers - good food but very little choice.

The hotel was a fairly basic city hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and decent shower. Great location for the city centre.

The room was opposite the elevator and was therefore rather noisy with people talking in the corridor. The breakfast offering was disappointing at the price and we chose not to.

Parking is a little restricted for a larger vehicle, although room was found on the first night had to use free car park on second night as we had not pre booked

Very happy overall! A short walk towards the city centre and we got a room on the backside which was quiet. Staff were available and flexible. Comfotable that bathroom and toilet are separated.

We experienced some noise from the carpark, but that was very limited.

The bed was very comfortable

booking.com says parking was available but when we got there it wasn’t. The hairdryer and socket were broken The room was tiny and hard to move around in There was nowhere secure to leave luggage

Very professionally run. Very clean and modern. Fabulous room and wonderful bed. Secure garage but very low headroom, even my Kangoo wouldn't have got in if I'd left roof rack on.

Unprepossessing position by dual carriage way. Difficult pedestrian access to garage. Don't try getting in with a large 4x4. Hard to get away from hotel without going right in to centre.

The staff were very helpful, pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was excellent. The whole hotel was clean and well cared for.

Evening meal was bought in from a local supplier, not brilliant. Getting to the hotel from one direction was challenging on a mobility scooter because of a lack of pavement and a busy road.
