Nice stay in lovely property

Spotless, comfortable accomodation, everything is quite new. Very nice décor and comfortable bed. There was a park close by, which our dog loved.

A bit strange that the accommodation is in a retirement home, however it wasn’t a problem. There weren’t any chopping knives so we couldn’t cook a meal, i guess you could request some if they were needed. The property is ~ 20 minutes walk from the centre of Vannes.

Location was superb 15minute walk in to the historical town of Vannes and the port area.

The Residents were extremely friendly we had a very good tip from "Jack" (who spoke perfect English) to visit Josselin, fantastic day out well worth a visit. Being able to take a swim at the end of the day walking, and to burn off calories from all the eating.

High quality apartment, in good location to visit Vannes, and surrounding area

The Domitys centre is essentially a residential home for senior citizens. Separate apartments in a different block can be booked. The quality throughout was very high, better than many hotels I have stayed in over the years, and well maintained. Reception staff were always on hand to assist. Parking on site is also good The location is a short distance from the interesting parts of Vannes, which is really good to visit. There are many towns in close proximity that are worth a visit. We went to Guerande on a festival day, it was very entertaining. There are also many beaches, and beach side walks

Comfortable apartment.

Expected a dining room to be available - it was not for dinner. It was an apartment within an old peoples care home, that was not clear on the website. It was not near the town centre, but in a quiet residential area. The website also gave the impression that it was in an old chateau style building - most of the hotel was a large modern block.

Brilliant Place to Stay

Fantastic appartment to discover the area around Vannes

This appartment is part of an elderly people residence. All is brand new and of exceptional build quality. The reception was very friendly and gave us plenty of advice. Upon request she even organized a toaster for us. The appartment is spacious and made for wheel chair guests. It was very clean and super quiet. There's free parking although during the day the parking spaces are well used by visitors and staff.

Not a criticism, but you need a car to go the restaurants near the harbour or walk about 15-20 minutes.

Great place to stay in Vannes

The spacious apartment was immaculate and contained every convenience. Felt like we were its first visitors. It is set in a wing not populated by long-term residents, and in fact, if you did not know there would be little indication that this was not a hotel. Some of the staff spoke English and were extremely welcoming. Highly recommended for your stay in Vannes with only a pleasant 10 to 15 minute stroll into town.

The view from the window was interior but really not a major issue. On the plus side the apartment was very quiet.

Pour un court séjour à Vannes c’était parfait. On a tout le confort d’un appartement et à un prix très raisonnable.

L’appartement est suffisamment grand et confortable. Les équipements sont neufs. Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant. On nous a permis de nous garer dans le parking privé souterrain. L’emplacement est assez pratique : à 5 mn à pied d’un supermarché et 15 mn du centre ville. Le prix est très intéressant.

L’appartement est situé dans une résidence pour personnes âgées : je l’ignorais et c’est assez déroutant de prime abord. Il me manquait « l’ambiance Hôtel ».

Superbe séjour !

Le personnel est souriant, d’une grande gentillesse, très accueillant et chaleureux. Appartement très propre, bien équipé et au calme. A 15/20 min à pieds du centre historique de Vannes. Lieu de vacances où on se sent parfaitement bien ! Je recommande sans aucune hésitation !

Appartement met veel faciliteiten en parkeerplek voor een goede prijs

Het appartement was nieuw en zeer ruim. Rustige omgeving. Goede parkeerplek onder het appartement. Het appartement had goede bedden en was voorzien van goede faciliteiten.

Het ontbijt was nogal basic. Niets bijzonders. Er was maar één set handdoeken in het appartement (voor 4 nachten), maar we konden wel schone handdoeken bij de receptie halen. Ik vond de stoelen in het appartement niet comfortabel zitten.

Bien dans l'ensemble, si je reviens dans les parages je penserais à faire une réservation

Sur le cour séjour que nous avions fait, nous avions pas eu le temps de découvrir le service restauration, la piscine accompagné de peignoir pour l'accès, matelas hydromassage. Mais nous avons appréciez le confort et l’aménagement du logement.

Malgré notre message lors de notre réservation sur bookink, qui informais qu'il y avais une personne PMR. Le logements était un peu trop loin du point d’accueil qui ce situe à l'entrée (mais nous avons fait une réservation en date assez courte). A notre arrivé parking un peu limité en nombre de places, mais ils ont fait de manière assez rapide pour libéré une place handicapée. un manque d'ustensiles dans la cuisine (couteaux pour cuisiné, couteau à huitres, etc...) Pour la suite ce sont plus des erreurs suite à la rénovation du manoir, va et vient du mauvais côté de la porte de chambre et je pense aussi le mauvais sens d'ouverture de porte.

Bien mais peut mieux faire

Pour un séjour assez cours je recommande. L'appartement spacieux, l'accés à la piscine sauna, l'emplacement à 15 min du centre ville. Sécurisé

Dès notre arrivée nous avons eu droit à une fiche pour savoir ce que l'on mangeait au petit dejeuner. Assez restreint pain à moitié frais, jus d'orange industriel, confiture café beurre....concept moyen même si nous sommes conscient que c'est une residence pour senior. Ensuite le lit impecable par contre les draps qui grattent, nuisances sonores des personnes au desus de notre logement. Equipement moyen pour faire la cuisine. Salle de bain avec les joints noirs. Le concept en residence senior n'est pas fait pour tout le monde. Un prix assez élevé tout de même pour une semaine.
