Room was very clean. Boutique size. Bed very comfortable. Ensuite very clean, loved the shower heads. Coffee machine and water facilities. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Location was excellent to the old city. Great breakfast selection.

Not a 4* in my view for those timy rooms

Not an awful lot. The lobby and breakfast area are actually nice.

The rooms are tiny. Really small indeed. Probably made worse by the fact that in our group we were all on the top floor, where the sloped ceiling makes things worse. One side of the bed requires even shorter people to be careful to avoid banging their heads. Also, the lift only serves the 4th floor, the rest is stairs. Annoying if you have heavy luggage. Granted, there is mention of this in the booking process. But how come we all ended up on the 5th floor? I’m either unlucky with far too often getting those dud rooms on the top floor which are smaller. Or its that some hotels give their least desirable rooms to booking.com customers. I’m keeping an eye on this one. Btw, the hotel was available for less on the day we arrived. So it wasn’t a matter of getting what was left. Au contraire, we paid extra gor lesser rooms.

Location is great, comfortable bed, good front desk service.

NOISY rooms, you can hear what happens in other rooms, even if you are in the last floor. Breakfast also lacks in reposition, gets out of a lot of things when it gets crowded.

We wished we'd had longer in this beautiful hotel. It was so comfortable and luxurious.

It was so spectacularly clean and I had the best night's sleep. The hotel is beautifully designed and maintained. The bathroom was fantastic. We were welcomed warmly and found it to be on the doorstep of many great restaurants.

We had an excellent time in Vannes and the hotel was an ideal and very comfortable base.

The location is great and the staff are kind and lovely. Everything was clean and quiet, except for the cathedral bells. We could walk to the old town in five minutes, the port in fifteen.

The WC was in a very small space. A larger person would have found it a squeeze.

The location of yhe hotel is in the center of the city near to all atractions.The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

Moden style, big and comfortable bed, very clean room. Bathroom perfect.The hotel is centrally situated. The staff was very polite. Good breakfast .

Although the site says that the room is big and the pictures shows a big room where the bed is, the one that I was given had very little space for the bed and a useless big space in the entrance for the closet and the coffee machine. So maybe the room was 16m2 but you could hardly move inside that bedroom. The other space was meaningless.

A major refit is just being completed. Great value for money, very comfortable and a delicious breakfast, including hot eggs et cetera; friendly staff. I was able to recharge my bike battery, and store it safely in the underground car park. Recommended.

Well placed in the town centre, this hotel was overpriced considering that it is basic.

Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Kind and friendly welcome from the receptionist Mr. LeGaleze, who was polite and helpful. The bathroom wasn’t great. The towels needed renewing and were rather small. There weren’t any toiletries provided, apart from bath soap.

Vannes is great for strolling around the old city and the port and this hotel is well situated.

Good breakfast and just a stroll from the port. There was a lot of building work going on around the hotel but work finished at 5PM. Lots of restaurants on the next street.

Parking garage was a bit awkward but we coped.

Book elsewhere!!

Room was absolutely SHOCKING, nothing like the advertised photos. Multiple stains on the carpet, filthy light switches with grubby finger marks. Cracked concrete balcony. Very noisy road. Flies in the bedroom. It was the most depressing room I've ever had the misfortune to experience. We complained and were moved to a different room.
