Breakfast was good.

Restaurant was closed on the evening we arrived. We did not know this and had been looking forward to a meal after seven hours driving from the Tarn. I think an email/ text to let us know this situation would have helped and we could then have eaten before arriving. The hotel situation is challenging getting to and from the hotel to the rocade..... the road is not user friendly.

Easy access from the motorway. Easy parking. The evening personnel was very friendly and accommodating. Good meal. TV in lounge very big but not too loud or distracting.

There was a power cut right around breakfast time. The person in charge that morning was obviously overwhelmed and alone, did not deal too well with the complaints, nor with people who had simple questions rather than complaints. 2 staff would have helped that morning.

La dame de l acceuil a notre arrivee a fait de son mieux pour nous aider dans le contexte

La reservation faite en ligne ne correspond pas a la prestation disponible en reel. A mon arrivee on m a donc propose soit 2 chambres soit 1 chambre avec 1 lit 1 place a cote. Reservation faite qui comprenait le restaurant le soir mais .... restaurant fermé!! Decevant...

Le calme

Les serviettes ne séchaient pas et n’étaient pas remplacées. L’aération de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas. Les lits n’ont pas été refaits pendant nos 3 nuits.

Chambre correcte, accueil sympathique, mais diner raté

Accueil sympathique. Chambre fonctionnelle et propre. Par contre, à l'arrivée, nous avons été surpris car le diner prévu n'était pas disponible, et nous avons eu droit à une entrée et un plat , sans choix , et vraiment banals. C'est vraiment dommage et nous n'en avons pas été informés avant notre arrivée alors que tout laisse à penser que nous aurions pu être prévenus bien avant.

Le diner prévu au campanile, avec un choix de divers plats était donc, comme expliqué ci-dessus, "exceptionnellement" fermé. Très dommageable

Soirée réveillon complètement ratée.

très bon buffet de petit déjeuné.

Nous avions réservé pour une chambre repas soir et petit déjeuné compris. Malheueusement l'avant veille l'établissement nous a prévenu qu'il ne servait plus repas du 31 12 .Nous avons donc réveilloné dans notre chambre.Très déçu.
