A comfortable VFM basic hotel with easy parking

The hotel is on the edge of Vannes which suited me as I wanted a quick get-away next day and easy parking. It is fairly basic but reflects good value for money and is perfectly comfortable for 1-2 night's stay if you don't want to spend a lot of time in the room. I don't eat breakfast but it is available. The room was quiet and very clean.

Poor state of hotel in general, very untidy,and room not cleaned properly. Very noisy all night and staff not dealing with issues. broken coffee machine in lobby. Horrible location.

wasn’t clean the first day (Sunday) the shower couldn’t be stopped (malfunction)

This review based on One star Hotel- Score Given 8 based on 1 Star Hotel Receptionist (Gentleman who wear glasses), cleaning personnel, room/bathroom size, shower with Good hot water and very good water pressure, receptionist who check car park regularly at night. All requests are met with the smile

This report comparing 1 Star Hotels- Rear of the hotel possibility accommodate local residents/ to local authorities re home residents and some of them urinate on grass / bushes, at time door banging noice. State of the shower curtain, broken folding bathroom door, air conditioner only blowing air which a full working order air conditioner, hotel need some good maintenance, Loose toilet seat cover, lack of food outlet nearby

There is nothing to complain about - for this price I will not expect more. Premiere is more motel than hotel but for one night stay it was enough. Breakfast very simple but ok. Double bed quite big and comfortable.

Bathroom size is like on ferry, really hard to fit bigger person but good for child :-) Room very small, if one person would like to use bathroom others need to hide on the bed.

Breakfast was 'continental' style, but good value and fresh food. The place was very clean, if slightly neglected.

Toujours aussi simple, nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit, la borne permet d'arriver à toute heure

Gentillesse du personnel

Porte déformée et mal isolée, courant d'air glacial qui rentre dans la chambre. Le chauffage ne peut pas se régler, soit il est éteint soit il marche à fond ( peut être à cause du courant d'air à côté)

Changement de carte après arrivée car on ne pouvait ouvrir la porte après elle marchait après avoir été mangé et aller au marché de Noël impossible de rentrer dans la chambre ça nous a bien agacer personne pour dépanner du coup on a du refaire 1h30 de route pour rentrer chez nous en sachant qu'on avait payer la chambre et le petit déjeuner et le lendemain on a du retourner à vannes car on avait un rdv de prévu

Cher pour ce que c'est !

Pas grand chose à part la sympathie des messieurs qui sont sur place les matins et des dames de ménage qui n'ont pas forcément envie de se casser quand on voit la façon dont on leur parle ! Le reste est très moyen.

Très cher pour ce que c'est ! Odeur de vomi à l'entrée de la réception ! ... ça arrive mais le tapis n' a pas dû être lavé et l'odeur est restée... La cerise sur le gâteau ! Un prélèvement de 70€ ne correspondant à rien et 8 jours après notre séjour ! Comme par hasard, la personne qui s'occupe de cela ne sera là que la semaine prochaine !
