Good value city stay

Clean and comfortable room with a nice breakfast terrace. As there is no air conditioning it can be a bit uncomfortably hot in mid summer (outside temperatures were 28-32 degrees). The room had a fan which helped.

At least a 15 minute from town centre and 25 minutes from the port.

Great location where everything is clean and friendly staff

Solid breakfast. Very pleasant staff. Clean room. The entire place has a clean and pleasant smell. The deco is of a taste but crisp, clean, and well done. Comfortable beds of a generous size. Extremely accessible to the city centre without the issues of crowds or noise.

Small room small bathroom breakfast expensive 12 euro poor no scrambled eggs or bacon even thou set up for it. No lights when exiting the lift 3 rd floor plugs for hanging out of the wall in the bathroom

Staff could not of been better. Happy and helpful. Nice bar, quiet rooms. Bed very comfortable. Excellent location, with a tabac 50m away and town a short walk.

The hotel was modern and the staff helpful.

I personally would prefer a private bathroom. The sink was in the bedroom and you stepped out of the shower into the bedroom. The shower was also visible from the bedroom door. Limited amount of drawer space. An electric kettle was provided but only one sachet of coffee and sugar and two tea bags. When I mentioned this to the staff another sachet of coffee and sugar was supplied. We had also paid extra for an upgraded room.

Lovely hotel in an ideal location

This is an excellent hotel in Vannes. The location is good - near the train station (about 5 minute walk) - maybe a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. The room was lovely and clean - the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a decent size. The staff were particularly helpful - I needed some printing while I was there, and they did that for me.

The bedroom was very good, and the breskfast as well.

No parking (only for 5 cars), although this was avertisef as a feature of the hotel. This was very disappointing, because it was one of the reasons that led us to choose this hotel. The bedroom sink was clogged.

Great stay near the old town

Nice, clean property. All staff was lovely but one gentleman was exceptional and I wish I could compliment him. Excellent prices at their small bar for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

We liked everything. not a glamorous few block walk to the old town center but once there everything was cute and fun to visit.

Nice hotel, good situation but cleaning to be improved

Modern well situated hotel, with confortable bed and pillows. Quiet.

Unfortunately the cleaning is limited to bed and bathroom not having into account parts as windows, walls and all other stains and dirtyness that put you a off. Definitely the cleaning is a must do thing to be improved in this hotel. Once this is done, i would value the hotel much higher but this is a basic thing when you sleep out of home, to find your hotel room clean enough to find yourself totally confortable.

It is a good hotel, definitely great value for money. Modern and clean boutique-style. Bathroom is really small and getting in and out of the shower requires a bit of organization. Could be challenging if you are very tall or a little on the larger side ;). No full body mirrors anywhere (if you are there for business). Location: opposite city side of canal, approx 16min walk. However, great to get in and out of town by car. Very close to train station.

Smart choice for Vannes

The hotel is freshly and modernly decorated, the rooms are a good size and quiet. The street the hotel is in does have traffic but it is light and not noisy. It is not too far to walk to the main bits of the town and it felt safe to do so.

The shutters over the window is quite stiff to move, just needs oil I expect. I'd have liked to see a reduced parking cost for a motorcycle as I'm sure it could have been parked in a little corner not taking up a car space. However we parked our bike on the street and it was fine.

The carpet moquette in the room. The hotel is so nice and cosy trendy furniture but the carpet it doesn't suit the room probably leaves even a bit of smell
