Great price, but not necessarily so well maintained.

The room is really too little. You can stay there one night, if you don’t need to open the luggage, it is ok.

Good value place to stay in Vannes

The hotel/motel is relaxed and easy-going, with reasonably friendly staff (though being able to speak some French helps). Breakfast is served from 6:30am on a buffet basis - nothing fancy but perfectly OK and you can have as much as you like. The rooms are clean with sinks and are accessed with a code, so you don't have to remember to return your key!

The location is out of the centre of Vannes and involves a bit of a hike for those without their own transport (about 15 minutes from the bus and railway station and twice that to the centre). There are few facilities nearby. The cheapest rooms are not en-suite and, during my stay, some of the toilets were out of service. The hotel rents towels for 3 euros but does not provide them with the room.

Good value for money

The room was a good size for me and the bed was comfortable enough (as I expected by the price paid). The breakfast was also pretty good for the price paid (5 euros).

Location is not so good. I like walking, so it was fine to walk to town. But not so easy if you return late at night. It was also quite noisy during the night, mainly because other guests were loud.

Superb

As expected, basic but clean and comfy and helpful staff. They were happy to store my bicycle in their shed. Allowing me to put it in my room would of been better. Maybe next time? Breakfast okay to.

You get what you pay for

The only thing I liked was that it was the only available lodgement available in Vannes! If not, I wouldn't have found a place to stay! I loved the wallpaper! And the breakfast was quite ok for the price.

Difficult to complain about a place you chose because it was the only possibility. You didn't even have a choice. Under normal conditions, I would not stay in a place not easy to reach by foot or bus on Sunday, with shared showers where you could find other people's hair and other stuff. But well, you get for what you pay and it was budget. Incredibly difficult to sleep on a warm day, with no ventilator and not many places to hang your stuff. But well: for that price, it is unfair to expect much more. They delivered what you payed for.

Good hotel for a one night stay

The hotel is renovated so looks nice. The room is very small, but a good bed. Had a room with my own bathroom, and the shower was actually not so bad in size. For the price the breakfast is ok.

Didn't know you didn't get towels, but you could buy one for 3 Euros.

Cheap as frites stop over.

This recently renovated Formula 1 hotel now has some en-suite rooms with pod type facilities (Cambrio) in addition to the usual share bathroom arrangements. The rooms are still small and very basic but clean and comfortable albeit small. You are however paying youth hostel prices. There is a simple buffet breakfast available on site and free parking. The hotel is a little way out of town on a commercial park. We walked to the old town and harbour which took about 20 minutes.

The room was quite small because it is an existing room which has been converted to one with an en-suite bathroom, and this hotel is a little way out of town.

On the paper in the hotel there are price from 37 to 42e! I dont knew why i paid 46e!!! There was only bathroom in the room. No table and place for my bags and usefull things
