Wonderful stay

We stayed one night only. The hotel is situated up on the mountain, with nice view over the border on Swiss Alps. We had to do self check in upon arrival, since there were no stuff at reception. The check-in was really easy. We had two room facility, with enough privacy - we traveled with a child. It was warm and comfortable, with warm floor, which really gives extra comfort at cold weather. There are a few restaurants nearby, but if you are not hungry you can use that bar on the ground floor, which is called "Honesty bar", where you can make your own tea or coffee free of charge and get something to the coffee at decent price, which you have to pay cash in box. There was also selection of alcohol beverages. The breakfast was good enough - nice lady came in the morning, she made eggs - sunnyside, scrambled or boiled. You can also get ham, cheese and some vegetables.

Really nice and pleasant

Sauna, breakfast, big room, and great location above the foggy valley for great Mountain View and sun shine. Staff at breakfast were really nice. Interior decorations were neat too

Great spot outside of town on the hillside with beautiful sunset views.

This was such a sweet spot to land for a quick overnight. The facilities were excellent, ccomfortable, and all festive for the holidays. Perfect amount of space for my family and I to unwind, and the wellness area was immaculate, making the perfect end to a long day. Breakfast was delicious too!

Room was extremely beautiful and extremely clean. Views are incredible and the hotel itself it absolutely wonderful

Nice place, quiet and a very nice small town with a couple of good restaurants

Amazing in person Staff and that’s it.

Check in process was very slow and not comfortable for the user, we were for people and stood in line for 40 minutes. When we finally got our room. There were three hairs on the bedding in different locations of the bed. The water pressure in the shower was bad and the shower itself was very dirty. The toilet paper in the room was almost finished.

How was staff ? What staff ? This is a self checkin hotel. I am not a fan. They had a hotline that fairly easily connects you to a real person…which I needed to use ,several times. It just made what should have been a delightful stay less so. To be fair, the breakfast crew were pleasant and helpful. Very good location.

Cozy hotel with great views and delicious breakfast

Check-in/out was very fast and easy to do by yourself. There is spacious outdoor parking on both sides of the hotel. Great location for a visit to Vaduz and also for hiking in the Malbun resort which is very close. Nice and clean rooms with gorgeous views. Great balcony with chairs. Breakfast was delicious: the best scrambled eggs ever. Definitely recommended place to stay.

Just across the road, there is a church with stunning bells. The sound of the bells is absolutely amazing. But if you like to sleep in, it might be a little bit disturbing.

very quite relaxing stay

The stunning view , the well furnished room , the breakfast was good and the quietness

The hotel has the concept of self check in and self service basically , which is unusual for us and little tricky , we arrived by bus to the location , the bus stop is only 500 m form the hotel , but with the bags it was a very difficult climb up hill , to reach the hotel, only to find no one to help with the bags , no reception , and we had to carry the bags to our room in the last floor (3rd floor) though the stairs because there is no elevators in this small hotel.

Great hotel to explore Liechtenstein for a couple of days

Nice location with a good view, quiet but not remote: for us it was the perfect combination. Very good breakfast with friendly staff. It's a nice walk to the city of Vaduz but there are also bus stops in the direct area. Free parking and self check in was great as well. Since it was quite warm, they provided fans since there is no air conditioning. You are also able to get tea and coffee from the breakfast area during the day.

It's a bit pricey, but that is to be expected in Liechtenstein. For us it was definitely worth it!

Nice stay with Mountain View.

My room was facing the mountain, incredible view. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, with fresh bread. Tea/ coffee available 24/7.

The area was a bit noisy with the church bells and cars. But I got use to it. The hotel is up the hill, you have to drag the bags against gravity.

In the summer and air conditioner would be useful but they provide a fan which made it more comfortable. Also, the bell tower right across the street is extremely loud but really didn’t affect us but if anyone’s a slight sleeper it could.

Lovely place to stay.

Lovely hotel. Clean room with a lovely view. The included breakfast was nice and had a lot of different choices of breakfast. You can park the car next to the hotel. The public bus stops just a minute walk away.

Great place to stay!

Just a great place in general. There’s not a lot of staff because and most things are done digitally. For us, this all worked out great. Breakfast personnel was great and although the breakfast itseld was basic, the quality was good. Rooms were sqeaky clean and comfortable. Shoutout to the housekeeping staff who are doing a great job as well. Would definitely come back here.

I didn't like the self check-in. I had a problem.I did know how to get the kiosk to prove instructions in English. Other guest were waiting to check in. I was very frustrated. I eventually got checked in, but it took about 20 minutes. I'd much rather have a person to speak to when I check-in

Cool hotel,

Breakfast was great, loved the coffee selections and choices. Food was hot cooked eggs and a nice selection of meat cheese, fruit, bread and cereals. Sauna was amazing with teas, robes and slippers.

A really lovely hotel. Tastefully decorated with attention to détail. Everything was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a junior suite & the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Bus stop is a short walk away. A few restaurants & a Denner easy to walk to. Breakfast was great with the option to have made to order eggs. Honestly bar has wine, beer, snacks & drinks. Self check in was easy.

A good location to access the ski area.

It was a sophisticated self check in which was easy to navigate, with good communication Exceptionally clean and felt secure despite not seeing any staff. The was very comfortable with a lovely view over the mountains which was great to wake up to. The breakfast was really good.

Location was splendid. We had an amazing balcony with views of the Alps. Relaxing atmosphere.

If you tend to like thick pillows I would recommend bringing an extra one with you. Pillows are very thin, but beds are comfortable.

Unprofessional

Beautiful View

They don’t have any staff at the property and no way to change the reservation should you need to add a guest. I had a friend join my trip at the very last minute and I tried changing it online to no success. The day after we stayed they decided to charge us an additional €60. My guest did not even have bedding or a towel. I explained this to the hotel. They did not seem to care. Be forewarned.
