Easy to find, Clean rooms and the food was fantastic.

Room was a bit dated but that definitely wouldn’t stop me from booking here again,

Friendly staff comfortable room, nice evening meal and good breakfast.

- breakfast was mediocre - only cold buffet with not so large selection, no warm food at all

The breakfast was very good. And the bed was new indeed...

I booked specifically the "deluxe double room" which looked the nicest on the photos and had beautiful antique furniture. When we arrived and after we paid (!!), we were shown a completely different room where most of the furniture was simply old and worn down... When I asked the receptionist, I was told the other room was "ice cold" and "at least there's a new bed here". Nobody apologized, we already paid and it was too late to search anything else. I was also told that it was cheaper — however that was already after we paid the full price for the room we initially booked..... I understand problems can happen anytime, but I was expecting some apology (and maybe an advance warning), not downgrading to a smaller and simpler room.
