Lovely guesthouse in a beautiful town

Our room was clean and comfortable and the view from the windows was lovely (we were on the 3rd floor). Staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a lovely stay. Nenzing is a great place from which to walk up into the mountains, there are many tracks and we enjoyed a day walking to Kapelle Kuhbruck, the scenery was amazing.

A special arrangement for our anniversary in a perfect room!

The staff..... they folded our towels and duvets in a heart shape with rose petals for our anniversary.... shst a nice touch.... and they were so kind. The lift to get to the top was great. The rooms recently redone was modern and very clean. What a pleasant stay!!

Nice place and good food but the 4 people-room should be reconsidered

Heading from Switzerland to Italy, it was a super convenient place for an overnight stop. The hotel is really nice and recently renovated. We had dinner there and it was really good. One of the two rooms was nice with a large bathroom (both shower and tub). Free parking near the hotel. The village is super quiet and cute.

We are a family of four and booked one room for 4 people (called deluxe family room). Once there, we discovered that we had two separate rooms without any previous warning (later, reading the reviews, I realised that other customers had the same experience in the past...). In any case, having two rooms might not be a problem if they are fully equipped, but we had one big room with a large bathroom and a second one really small without bathroom. The two rooms were close to each with a small corridor in between, which is not private so potentially everyone in the hotel can reach it. Therefore, during the night either you leave open the door of the room with bathroom or you would need to find another solution to go to the bathroom... This "detail" SHOULD be well described and communicated at the booking time. In addition, the rooms were under the roof and it was really hot during the night with no air conditioning in the room.

Good base to explore Voralberg

Nice guesthouse in Nenzing, perfect base to explore Voralberg - you are in the train station in 10-15 minutes and from Nenzing station you can easily reach a lot of places in Austria and beyond the border in Germany, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. The staff was nice, they provided all necessary information in advance. The restaurant in the guesthouse was also very nice, just check their opening times in advance as they are not open every day.

Our room was a large modern apartment - so loads of room. We dined in - great value and the dining room had loads of character. We had a lovely breakfast. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Parking was free and just by the hotel.

Excellent room, some problems

Awesome room w 3 separate rooms and large entryway.

I have very bad luck with self-checkin systems, and this was no exception. It wasn’t obvious where to go, and then we had to call for someone to come let us in. Wasted time and frustration, especially after we had walked all day to get here snd were tired. The lady who came to get us in the room was very nice and apologetic, but it was still a negative aspect of the stay. I will avoid accommodations with no receptionist in the future. Also, the restaurant was closed, and we had trouble getting dinner - it’s a small town.

Perfect location for summer holidays in the mountains!

Very friendly personnel, clean and comfortable apartment, reliable internet connection. Central location in the village (if you need an ATM or a supermarket, they are within 5 min walk) . Thank you so much for hosting us! I will come back to this place!

Great place to stay

The apartment was very nice with plenty of space. Very clean and well kept. Comforbable beds. Very serviceminded staff. The restaurant was also very good. Would stay here again.

Great place for a short stay!

The staff were friendly, courteous and attentive. The breakfast was of a good standard, with the food in the restaurant in the evening being superb. The rooms were very comfortable and the apartment well equipped / spacious.

Quite disappointing

The breakfast was very good. And the bed was new indeed...

I booked specifically the "deluxe double room" which looked the nicest on the photos and had beautiful antique furniture. When we arrived and after we paid (!!), we were shown a completely different room where most of the furniture was simply old and worn down... When I asked the receptionist, I was told the other room was "ice cold" and "at least there's a new bed here". Nobody apologized, we already paid and it was too late to search anything else. I was also told that it was cheaper — however that was already after we paid the full price for the room we initially booked..... I understand problems can happen anytime, but I was expecting some apology (and maybe an advance warning), not downgrading to a smaller and simpler room.
