Die ganze Wohnung hat eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit, sodass wir kein Problem damit hatten, unsere kleine Tochter auf dem Boden krabbeln zu lassen.
Die Lage ist super und sowohl Restaurants, wie auch Bäcker und Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, der Check in war kinderleicht und die Küche war mit allen ausgestattet was man braucht - Kaffeepulver sollte man selber mitbringen, falls man Kaffee machen will ;-)
Die Sonne kommt Mitte September gegen 10:30 auf die Terrasse, sodass es sich dort richtig gut aushalten lässt mit Blick Richtung Berge.

We were a 5 adult group, and the accommodation worked perfectly for us.
The check in process was easy and being able to use the key box to just get going was great.
The hosts had excellent communication with us both before and during the stay. We used WhatsApp and the booking.com chat function and all replies were replied to quickly and efficiently. Marco and his wife were very helpful and always on hand to help. Arriving on Christmas Eve was always going to be a challenge to get things sorted, but they went above and beyond to make sure we were catered for.
There was a ski and boot room within the accommodation and ski bus right outside which takes around one or two minutes to the main lift station. If you wanted to walk, access to the village was about a five/ten minute walk away and you could also pay to leave skis and boots at the bottom of the lift if that suited too.
The kitchen was well appointed with utensils, pots, pans and cleaning products. The whole space was clean and modern. The bathrooms were also very clean, and never ran out of hot water.
The rooms were warm (maybe sometimes too warm, but you could turn the radiators down easily).
The value for money was excellent, especially when compared to others in the area. We honestly were very happy here and would definitely stay again.
The mattresses are a little firm, but we did not mind this.

close to the ski lifts. new and fresh interior. quite location at the entrance to the village. very clean and a super friendly helpful owner. separate ski storage room and space for drying clothes was a great advantage.
