    I come back here and bring family and friends. Brand is beautiful. I come off season also when few are here.
    5th stay at property. location is ideal for hiking or for those skier type people.
    amenities (massages) seem hard to schedule.

    Beautiful location, relaxing stay
    Excellent location with beautiful surroundings. Room was a good size, with balcony and very clean. Staff were friendly. Restaurant attached to the property served good food on a set menu, which was reasonably priced (55 Euros for a 4 course menu).
    The bed wasn’t very comfortable, particularly the pillows which needed to be replaced really (it did occur to me afterwards I should have asked for more pillows). The spa facilities were good but crowded at times/ noisy, including the area which was supposed to be quiet.

    We had a really good stay. The staff was exceptionally nice for letting us store our suitcases while we were hiking for multiple days.
    The shower construction was a little tricky because it flooded the bathroom after every shower.

    Not an extraordinary but a good hotel
    Small but fine spa with a beautiful garden. Clean rooms, good team
    No spa slippers in a spa hotel ? We had a dropping shower whole night , they were kind enough to change the room next day but they were aware of the problem. On weekends when they receive groups of guests, organisation was troubled, our table were given to other guests and dinner take ages , it took 2 hours for a 4 course.

    Great Alpine Lodge with super-friendly staff
    Stunning location with mountains and a wild creek near the beautiful spa garden Rooms, Restaurant, Lobby, Winterlounge and Spa finely crafted and elaborately furnished Spot-free clean Staff was always helpful, trying to make things happen, answer questions and everybody was absolutely nice

    Super für ein, zwei Nächte.
    Die Lage war gut, das Brot zum Check-out war lecker und eine tolle Geste.
    Wir wurden als Gruppe in verschiedene Häuser verteilt, bei den einen wurde eine falsche Zimmernummer angegeben (ein Zimmer, dass es gar nicht gibt), was ärgerlich war. Die Zimmer im alten Hausteil sindsehr staubig und zu nostalgisch. Die neuen modernen Zimmer sind sehr toll. Wir mussten über die Strasse zum Essen und für die Sauna, auch das nicht nice…
