thank you to all the welcoming staff, Katharina & Christina as well as all the other wonderful people who made our experience in the hotel hard to forget.

- great location, - ride courses - VIP visitor card, with which you can have a lot of discounts and free lifts - bar keeper and weiters are amazing guys. reception girls are sweet, wife of the owner is very friendly and trying to help with everything - dinner was delicious, bar keeper is doing amazing aperol

- creepy owner. was trying to open my room door with own key, when I went out, was running to the elevator, pretending than nothing happened. staff generally don’t know how to know the door, they just open the door with own key, whenever they want, and entering without invitation. you feel yourself insecure and not safe - no cakes on breakfast. first time see hotel, where on breakfast there are no sweets. probably keeping an eye, that visitors don’t get fat. Juices are not natural, generally breakfast is poor - very old spa area. Swimming pool is small and cold, saunas are very small, for max 2-3 people. Dampfbad is plastic one, benches are not from stones. - very unpleasant thing was during check-out. I had a cat with me, hotel charged 18 euro night for her. But they put into the bill 31 euro extra for laundry of leg bed blanket. just because I put it out from the bed to the floor and my cat might sleep on it. when I asked the original bill from laundry, they told that they will do it by themselves, just want 31 euro (you can buy 2 new for this money!). so be careful, they might charge extra, if you will use towels or bathrobe and they will need to clean it. - and back to the owner. he is walking like a spy after you. you can’t do your things and relax, he needs tons of time come to you and disturb with non needed questions. So there is a feeling, that you are a small kid, who has a special person to watch and control you

The area around the hotel is very nice

beautiful town. hotel is located next to the natural swimming pool. the breakfast is good and the dinner is very good. the 4pm „sause“ is a bit basic and the same each of the days we were there but ok.

rooms are a bit old, tight and small and very run down. the spa is only open from 4pm. and the massages are only available on Thursdays with prior appointment. so if you’re going for a spa weekend this is not the right hotel.

The indoor pool is quite small and not heated to 30degrees, so not ideal for small children
