Unsere Beschwerde wurde durch den Hotelinhaber am nächsten Morgen sehr konziliant besprochen und der Lösungsvorschlag des Hotelinhabers zu beiderseitigem Einverständnis angenommen. Insofern lautet unsere Antwort zur Zimmerzufriedenheit und Größe als "Nicht zutreffend"
Wir hatten zwei Einzelzimmer mit Klimaanlage reserviert, aber die Einzelzimmer ohne Klimaanlage erhalten. Das Problem war, dass bei der Ankunft in Feldkirch 36°C Außentemperatur herrschten und die Zimmer komplett aufgeheizt waren. Offensichtlich gab es zwischen booking.com und dem Hotel Schäfle ein Datenübertragungsfehler.

Our room was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 4. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a beautiful dinner in the restaurant area in the court yard. A gorgeous sunny evening and great food. The seasonal Asparagus Risotto was delicious! We thoroughly our stay.

Alles neu, modern und sauber. Angenehmer und freundlicher Empfang. Tolles Frühstück in schönem Frühstücksraum. Parkplatz incl. - was will man mehr? Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Good staff. The surrounding location was nice
The facilities were old and there was no mini fridge no teamaker. No fan or air conditioning. Just a bed in a room. It was noisy and we had to open the window to make the room colder and the traffic noise disturbed our sleep
