Quite but central location with parking
Parking cleanliness and facilities for snacks given instructions by the host on arrival but otherwise you wouldn’t know they were there

Having a separate kitchenette and own bathroom.
There was plenty of space, to eat with a basin in the room too. There was an amazing ceiling fan a beautiful view and an ideal location with only a few minutes walk to the beach. I have never booked to stay within someone's home due to the worry of being suffocated and watched but the hosts were relaxed, helpful welcoming and let us come/go as we pleased. We will be returning here and would recommend to all to stay in the family room

We had a lovely stay at Southcote. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, and the room we stayed in was equally as nice. The kitchenette which had everything you'd need for breakfast already provided was an added bonus. The location is great and the views were sunning.

The access to a shared kitchen was most welcome with the option of cereal and toast for breakfast. Juice and milk supplied too.
