Altstadtapartment Rochusstraße

A lovely old world apartment in the edge of the old centre of Mainz in easy reach of shops and restaurants. We really appreciated all the small touches e.g. coffee, soap, parking space, etc which made our visit very pleasurable along with a fan!

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt. Toll die Tiefgarage gegenüber, trotz Fußgängerbereich kann man kurz zum Be- und Entladen vor dem Haus halten. Unsere E-Bikes standen sicher vor dem Haus. Schönes Apartment - sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben drei Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage am Rande der Altstadt ist wirklich gut, es ist ruhig, aber man kann in Mainz alles zu Fuß erreichen. Auch die Bäcker für das Frühstück sind nah und haben leckere Brötchen. Die Matratzen im Bett waren genau richtig, der Zugang über den Schlüsseltresor war einfach. Vielen Dank, dass wir in der Wohnung sein konnten.

Der Tisch im Wohnzimmer war benutzbar, aber ganz schön wackelig.

The apartment is located right in the center of Mainz. It is in a quiet street and you can walk all your ways from there. The hosts were very communicative, supportive and friendly.

The apartment is in a house that needs restoration. It looks a bit shabby from the outside. What bothered us most was that there was a kind of moldy smell both in the house and the apartment which we did not get out, even with all windows open. The apartment consists of a spacious bathroom, a tiny little kitchenette and one more room with a bed that sleeps two, a desk with TV, two armchairs and a small table which can be enlarged, to sit down and eat. Then, however, you can hardly move any more, it’s getting very packed in the room then. What’s also missing is a closet or a bigger shelf to store clothes while you stay.
