Altstadtapartment Rochusstraße

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen. Toll gelegen in der wunderschönen Altstadt und nur wenige Gehminuten zu Cafés, Restaurants, Shops und dem Rhein. Die Unterkunft eignet sich zudem im Hochsommer: Trotz der heißen Außentemperaturen war es in der Wohnung sehr angenehm - auch dank des bereitgestellten Ventilators.

A lovely old world apartment in the edge of the old centre of Mainz in easy reach of shops and restaurants. We really appreciated all the small touches e.g. coffee, soap, parking space, etc which made our visit very pleasurable along with a fan!

The apartment is located right in the center of Mainz. It is in a quiet street and you can walk all your ways from there. The hosts were very communicative, supportive and friendly.

The apartment is in a house that needs restoration. It looks a bit shabby from the outside. What bothered us most was that there was a kind of moldy smell both in the house and the apartment which we did not get out, even with all windows open. The apartment consists of a spacious bathroom, a tiny little kitchenette and one more room with a bed that sleeps two, a desk with TV, two armchairs and a small table which can be enlarged, to sit down and eat. Then, however, you can hardly move any more, it’s getting very packed in the room then. What’s also missing is a closet or a bigger shelf to store clothes while you stay.
