Superb

Everything was fine. The key was in the box how the owner had wrote me before. The room very comfortable. There are all things which you need for several days living in the room. The most surprising was that I had found the small gifts it was really pleasant. The owner speaks very well in Russian and English. He answered for all my questions quite fast and helped to solve the problem with Wi-Fi.

I didn't like that in the night I couldn't sleep well because off the road. There were a lot of cars at the night and for me it was quite noise. But I sleep carefully. I think that for people who sleep like a children it's not a problem.

Very good

Comfy bed, nice bathroom with good hairdryer, nice sized fridge. Was adequate to cook a meal in the kitchenette. Owner is very willing to please and create a cosy environment for guests. Owner went out of their way to provide a portable air conditioner in German heatwave. Lovely welcome gift from the the owner which was much appreciated.

The location was not great for us when one of the handles broke off our suitcase. Its not far to the station but impossible to walk with a broken suitcase. The entrance to the apartments had a cracked window so didn't give us a good first impression. Once inside we found the apartment to be very clean. There is a mixture of residential and holiday apartments in the same building.

Insgesamt zu empfehlen. Ja es ist laut, aber wer diesen Preis bezahlt sollte es in Kauf nehmen. Stellplatz vorhanden. Bus fährt unmittelbar in der Nähe ab. Die Innenstadt ist aber auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Intet, vi ankom kl 00 om natten og der lugtede af cannabis og var møg beskidt. Vi sov der en nat og kontaktede et ubehøvlet personale og ønsker stadig penge retur fra de to overnatninger vi ikke brugte . Personen bag dere “kundeservice” er ubehøvlet i svar , og vil ikke betale penge tilbage. Jeg vil ikke anbefalede det sted for mennesker eller dyr,

Для отдыха с семьей не подходит, но для одного-двух дней по работе остановиться вполне можно.

Достаточно близко от вокзала, в пешей доступности. В номере чисто. Есть бытовая техника (кофемашина, тостер, микроволновка), хотя ее использование крайне неудобно. В номере тепло. Удобные кровати. Меблировка комнаты неплохая, со вкусом. Есть посуда. Есть общие терраса и балкон. Отзывчивые хозяева.

Уборка в номере отсутствует, мусор необходимо выносить самостоятельно. Мы были 7 дней, на это время нам было предоставлено 2 мусорных пакета. остальной мусор мы собирали в какие-то свои пакеты. Мусорное ведро находится прямо в спальне. Также в общем коридоре была постоянно очень грязная ковровая дорожка. Просто валялись крошки еды на полу и так было неделю, не убиралось... Мини-кухня крайне маленькая и очень неудобная. Очень мало розеток и они очень неудобно расположены. Для того, чтобы пользоваться микроволновкой, тостером и кофемашиной, зарядить телефон, нужно было поставить это все на пол, отодвинуть шкаф и поочередно их включать.
