Good location but not very clean

The location was good - close to the university buildings. The stove, electric kettle and fridge meant it was possible to prepare food in the room.

The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. The place needs a deep clean. The bedsheets were worn and had a hole in them. The door to the balcony did not close properly and there was a draft.

Perfect place for a short-term visitor at the university.

The host was easy to get hold of; There was a gift of food and drinks on arrival; Comfortable bed; All facilities worked perfectly; Good amount of crockery/tupperware; Very close to the university.

The room is small (fine for one person, but not for guests). The wifi didn't work for some of the time.

Ärgere mich über den Gastgeber. Würde es nicht nochmal buchen.

+ Rewe, Bäcker und Bushaltestellen fußläufig gut erreichbar, gute Anbindung + Es gab Handtücher + aufzug vorhanden

- Heruntergekommene Einrichtung: * Nägel, die aus Möbeln und Wänden schauen * überall gesprungene Fliesen auf dem Boden im Bad * EXTREM quietschendes Bett * Beschädigter Türrahmen an der Stelle des Türschlosses der Eingangstür (keine Ahnung wie sicher das dann ist) * unbrauchbarer Kühlschrank, den man nicht öffnen konnte, weil nur eine Sekunde öffnen den WIDERLICHSTEN GESTANK den ich je gerochen habe im Zimmer verteilt hat * Gardinen, die nur 50% des Fensters abdecken: Aufstehen mit der Morgensonne - winziger Mülleimer, der absolut nicht ausreicht, wenn man länger als eine Nacht da ist - Gastgeber ignoriert (An-)fragen, antwortet nicht und ist kein bisschen kulant: Ihr seid krank oder wollt den Aufenthalt verkürzen? Hier zahlt ihr trotzdem den vollen Preis der Buchung, egal zu welchem Zeitpunkt! Ihr habt kein Internet? Euer Problem! - wunderbare Gegend: * Hakenkreuze im Flur, Shishasessions vor der Tür * Laute Nachbarn: Party all night * Rauchende Nachbarn: wer muss schon lüften * Musik auf den Balkonen, die man noch 3 Straßen weiter hört * Wohnort von vielen merkwürdigen Gestalten - abends fühlt man sich dort als Frau nicht wohl - Nicht sauber * Staub geputzt wurde da schon länger nicht * Haare und anderes im Kühlschrank (den man aber eh nicht öffnen sollte) * Haare an den Wänden im Bad * Verkalkte und dreckige Waschbecken und Toilette, Dusche war ok * Tisch neben dem Bett war nicjt mal abgewischt * Besteck und Geschirr in der Küche war klebrig und dreckig * Dünne, fusselnde Handtücher mit 0 Saugfähigkeit - kein Föhn
