Amazing location. Could not be better! 10 minutes to the Metro. There is a tram that drops you off out front of the building. This is a historical building and quite unexpected. There was a representative that met us just inside the front door. He provided us the Key and sincerely offered anything that would be helpful, like extra blankets, Then he had those delivered to the room instantly. The apartment was phenomenal. Our room was 3 stories up ( elevator provided), and provided an incredible private view of the courtyard. The room was uber quite, the bed and blankets comfortable. The room was spacious. The bathroom lavish. The room even had a washer and dryer unit, and there was detergent pods provided! The room was a wonderful retreat. I must say thanks again to the friendly staff. My time hear was lovely. There is so much to see within an easy walk. Very safe neighborhood and rich in things to see, restaurants, etc. We loved it!

The only thing that could of enhanced this was if there was a small gym in the building. But honestly, we walked so much that I am not sure if we would have used it. This is not a corporate chain hotel. It is something on another level.

After a long flight, it was the perfect place to rest up for the night before starting our road trip

The apartment is well located and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The room was roomy and incredibly clean with upscale hair and body products. We awoke in the morning to the sounds of church bells and a choir nearby.

The old historic building stands out from the street and was awesome to stay at. The off-street parking is a treat. There is a great bar with incredible food just across the street.

Excelllent location right in the central of Mainz. The host was very friendly and we got a free upgrade. The room was very spacious and we love it. Secured parking was 25 euro, a little pricey but it was gated and very convenient. We will stay here again if we visit Mainz in the future. Lovely hotel!

Wonderful stay

The Reception was very welcoming and helpful escorting me to my suite. The location is perfect. The suite itself was above and beyond - large windows to let in fresh air and light and to see the views of the garden and beyond. Every amenity needed was in place. Quiet, comfortable, and beautiful.

No air conditioning and no shutters nor curtains: we had to keep the windows open to breathe, and we woke up at 6pm!

Location. I was also impressed by the staff's responsiveness to my family's needs.

Lack of a/c. But, hey, 30 degrees Celsius is hard to combat. I understand the limitations in a 300 year old building. The beds were comfortable. The spreads were comfortable on cool nights, but too warm much of the time. In summer, consider single sheets as an option.

Excellent location very large room. Clean and equipped with coffee, glasses plates, etc..Marco was very nice and accommodating, he recommended a great restaurant.

Nice apartment in a central location

Perfect location close to the train station. Many places to eat nearby. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchenette. Close to all the main tourist sites

The hotel is in an old building so there is no airconditioning. Only heating. Because of location opening the windows means the room is incredibly noisy esp at the front due to passing traffic inc trams and all the nearby cafes and restaurants. The rooms at the rear are much quieter. There are no black out curtains so the rooms are bright as soon as the sunrises

The property and the location. Got an upgrade to better room

Got an upgrade but it was kept on mentioning back to me. Parking is overpriced. Was charged 40€ /night eventhough it’s was mentioned 25/day. So the upgrade was offset.
