Nice historic building with modern apartments. Loved everything about this stay. This was our second time staying here. Close to everything in walking distance. Good food and drinks places around this hotel. Good location for uber pickup for the airport at 5am.
Water pressure in shower was very low. One needs good shower after spending a long day around the town.

Great location and history. Loved the stairwells and corridors. Good facilities and fresh coffee for the machine each day we were there.
With the cot bed added, the room was quite cozy.

The room is nice and the location is good
The manager who arranges the collection of the keys is extremely rude. Guests need to be aware of how bad the customer service can be when you need to reply on it most. We needed an out of hours check in. This would be so we can collect the keys after hours. I contacted the management and arranged this weeks in advance. I was told it would be sent a few days before we travel, I never received this information. I emailed and no reply. The manager replied on the morning we were travelling and said he would send it via whatapp this morning. Still nothing by the afternoon. I asked if he could send the information and said he is at work and will send after work. I waiting until we were boarding the plane and still nothing. We arrived at the airport late at night and still no message back about how to check in. By this time it was after 10pm and we had arrived and had no information about how to get the keys so it was worrying. I asked if he could send it as we are leaving the airport. He called me on WhatsApp to ask what my problem is and that he will send the info later, I said thank you as he sounded very aggressive. He said I can cancel the booking and I politely said no thats ok we will make our way there. This was after 10pm at night after a long journey and he is treatened to cancel our booking for asking how we collect the keys. He then tried to call me back but I didnt want to answer as he seemed very aggressive and I needed to deescalate his temper. I left it until we arrived and then he sent a video of how to collect the keys. This is a video that would apply to any guest checking in after hours so not sure why he couldn't send this before or just explained how. The main issue was his temper and how threaten to cancel the booking at 10pm at night for people traveling late at night. That is a serious cause for concern. He also said after sending the video see you tomorrow, which also felt a little threatening.
