Would have been fine if there was a garage (as per description? and if the checkin had gone smoothly

There was no garage, only a parking space in an open air gated car park. Despite the fact it said Parking Garage in the description when we booked. The check in took ONE HOUR in the freezing cold. There was language confusion with the check in staff on the phone when we were trying to access the garage on site, then the app had not been updated with our check in code etc. etc. we had to wait and wait while three different check in staff members referred to supervisors etc. etc. - a nightmare! I had to convince my husband not to drive away and check into a nearby hotel. The photos for the appt on booking.com were misleading because they included photos of a two bed apt, so we were expecting a bigger area. There were no photos of the exterior of the property (situated above a supermarket) so we we had to ring to find out if we were in the right place and then search around for the front door.

Excellent place, highly recommended!

Excellent sized property, very clean and modern. All the amenities you could need. Close to major bus routes to get you into Mainz in under 10 minutes.

A little pricey, would benefit from air conditioning during 39 C weather as on the fourth floor, but no AC is not uncommon in Europe. They did offer several fans though

Comfortable, clean, big apartment

Nice and big for our group of 6! It was clean and every bed had a package of gummy bears on it which was a nice touch.

We weren’t sure about it as the building is under construction and the hallway had a bad smell. The fridge had some crumbs in it still but otherwise the apartment was clean.

Leider war es nicht sauber… das Besteck war dreckig und das Badezimmer war auch nicht sauber… der Toilettendeckel hat geklebt und überall war Staub auf dem Waschbecken. Es lagen noch angefangene Süßigkeiten von vorherigen Mietern in den Schubladen. Es hat extrem nach alten Rauch gestunken was für unsere Schwangeren Mitreisenden nicht grade von Vorteil war. In der Bettwäsche waren Brandlöcher. Die Heizungen waren auf volle Stufe gedreht.

Bin ja beruflich öfter in Wiesbaden und hoffe immer,dass ein Appartement frei ist. Die Lage ist einfach top-die Kommunikation super toll-auch die Reinigungsfrau sehr nett. Ausstattung perfekt. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal. Für mich ist es die Wohlfühloase pur.

Se você conseguir fazer check-in, da pra ficar

A acomodação é confortável, tem todos os utensílios de cozinha que você precisa. Fica perto de pontos de ônibus e o bairro parece ser tranquilo. Não fica longe dos pontos principais da cidade e tem supermercado por perto. Não tem cafés ou restaurantes nos arredores, o que pode ser um problema ou não.

O check-in é caótico! Eu não sei até agora como entrei, acho que algum vizinho abriu a porta. O locker com as chaves fica dentro do prédio e não têm ninguém que abra a porta do prédio pra você, ainda que eles digam que tem. Ninguém atende na suposta administração. O contato com a acomodação é péssimo, demoram dias para responder. O apartamento é muito, muito quente, e tem apenas sistema de aquecimento, ainda na época menos quente do verão, foi um problema. Não dá pra dizer que o apartamento estava limpo, tinha cabelo por toda a parte, louças sujas dentro do armário.

Il faisait tres chaud, je peux comprendre qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation, meme pour un logement neuf comme celui-ci. Mais dans ce cas, s'il vous plait, mettez un ventilateur dans chaque appartement, surtout pour ceux qui sont oriente au soleil (comme celui ou j'étais). Ce petit detail m'aurait fait dire excellent partout. Pouvez-vous aider a corriger cela ? Merci pour les futurs clients, ils seront tres satisfaits

Die Lüftung im Badezimmer hat scheinbar nicht so gut funktioniert weshalb dort kaum Luftaustausch stattgefunden hat.

Gute Lage. Moderne Wohnung. Parkplätze vorhanden. Nahversorger vorhanden.

Unmittelbare Nähe zu Bushaltestellen. Supermärkte direkt am Ort. Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Wohnung ist geräumig und hat einen schönen Balkon. Moderne Einrichtung der Wohnung. Gesicherte Aussenparkplätze im Preis inbegriffen. Zugangscode kommt während des digitalen Eincheckens. Es gibt auch eine Tiefgarage am Haus. Diese hat aber eine sehr enge Ein- und Ausfahrt und daher für große Autos nicht zu empfehlen. Bei einem der ersten automatisierten Mails kam auch der Hinweis auf die Aussenparkplätze mit Zugangscode. Daran muss man sich erinnern denn bei der finalen Mail zum Einchecken am Anreisetag war dann nur die Tiefgarage mit Zugangscode aufgeführt, so dass man automatisch diese nutzt. Und wie gesagt hier sind Schrammen an größeren Autos fast vorprogrammiert.

App. 20 Klinke der Bad Tür defekt. In einem Zimmer fehlte ein Kleiderständer/ Schrank/ Kommode. Eine Filterkaffeemaschine wäre schön (Esspressomaschine) war vorhanden.

Sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön wo es Geschäfte gibt der Penny und der Rossmann .Lidl und Netto auch nicht weit .Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Trockner drin bei der Waschmaschine . Es gibt auch eine Geschirrspüler und nur was fehlt ist ein Eierkocher oder Eierbecher kosten nicht viel . Oder man macht es im Topf . Die Wohnung hat elektrische Rollläden . Und ist in dem Haus in 4 Stock . Hat auch eine Tiefgarage mit dabei . Im Zimmer gibt es eine Pad Kaffemaschine . Wasserkocher . Die Pads für die Maschine waren da so wie Tee .Milch .Zucker .Öl . Pfeffer .Salz . Es gibt auch Waschmittel dort und die Pads für die Spülmaschine . Hier in dem Haus wird noch gebaut im 5 Stock ist der Zahnarzt . Diese Woche hat auch einen Balkon und Fliegengitter . Alles in allen war es schön.

Die Matratze ist nicht so gut .Und die Kissen .Keine Eierbecher . Und die Wohnung ist sehr laut man hört den Nachbarn reden .Was sehr schlimm ist die Tiefgarage wir haben einen großen Kombi da gehört die eine Blanke raus .

Sauber,soweit alles da was man braucht

Tiefgarage sehr eng, obwohl ich kein grosses Auto fahre ,kam ich fast nicht mehr raus. Stand dann auf der Straße Sehr schlechter Fernsehrempfang,teilweise Standbild oder kein Bild. Konnte nicht behoben werden,da die Einstellungen russische (?) war Bett bestand aus 2 zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten.Dadurch lag man in der Mitte des Bettes auf Holz

Fantástica estancia en Wiesbaden/Mainz

El apartamento es nuevo y muy bien equipado: vitrocerámica, horno, lavavajillas, nevera tipo combi, microondas, tostadora, cafetera de cápsulas, hervidor de agua, lavadora, tendedero y plancha. Situación cercana a varias paradas de autobús que te conectan en unos 10 minutos al centro de Mainz y unos 20 minutos al de Wiesbaden.

El edificio está aún en obras, si bien no oímos ruidos de las mismas durante la estancia. Solo oímos algo de ruido un par de noches por la descarga de los camiones que abastecen al supermercado que se encuentra al lado del apartamento. Como sugerencias de mejora: es fácil encharcar el suelo del cuarto de baño al ducharse por lo que una mampara en la ducha estaría genial o, al menos, sería necesario disponer de fregona para poder secarla. También serían de agradecer un estante dentro de la ducha para los geles y colgadores próximos a la ducha para las toallas.
