It is a fabulous well maintained, well stocked spacious apartment in a great location.

It was challenging finding the key box and hallways were dark until I discovered a light switch.

Clean, convenient, no frills

It was clean and in a good area on the edge of Old Town. Very convenient to Guttenburg museum and the Cathedral.

Not that this is bad, but it is not lavish or exceptional as far as decor, but it is clean. I w.ould stay here again for sure. It is clean and has the essentials.

A comfortable apartment in a good location.

We forgot that the keys needed to be picked up at a hotel/restaurant just up the street but once we figured that out all was well. We went back to the restaurant for dinner and had an excellent meal including gluten and dairy free options. The apartment had everything we needed including a cloths washer which was great after being on the road for a few weeks. Location was convenient to the old town area and great access to the Rhine and the tour boats.

The apartment was pretty bare/spartan and could do with some more homey decor to make it more cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed but the shower could use a new shower curtain that doesn’t drag along the floor.

Number one is the location. The Apartment is located on the back side of the building and this is good as the Apartment was very quiet.

all in all, a pleasant place to stay for a few days.

it was in a great location, behind the Dom and close to the river. the apartment was very quiet, and there was ample hot water and good water pressure. the bed was comfortable.

the dishes weren't clean (perhaps because of the dishwasher?) and there was only one small cup for tea. there was plenty of tea and also a coffee maker but no coffee. the internet was spotty in the evenings.

Very comfortable sunny apartment in ideal central location

The apartment was perfect for our nearly 2-week stay. It had a small kitchen with everything one might need, including a microwave and dishwasher. The main room was very large and had multiple surfaces for placing things such as one's open but unpacked suitcase. The shower was good, and the bathroom had a heated towel rack. The apartment had a clothes washer and drying rack. The apartment was very quiet as it did not face onto Rheinstraße. It had large south facing windows to let in the sun but also had electric shades that could be lowered to block it or for privacy. The location was perfect -- close to both the Marktplatz and the river. Management changed the linens and cleaned the apartment when we requested.

The bedroom was small, basically just large enough for the two twin beds that were pushed together like a king.

Spacious apartment in the downtown. We parked in the garage of a nearby hotel Hof… for 11€/night.

No air conditioning while 34C degrees outside. That was tough. The garbage truck arrives at 7:30h which is not so bad.

Warm, welcoming place to be.

Location is amazing, right by all the Old City attractions, easy to walk around. There was a problem with the apartment so we ended up moving to the associated hotel. The manager was amazing, very friendly and helpful.

The showers in the hotel are small and I was worried about slipping when stepping out.

Good location, easy to get keys (needed to leave bags because the flat wasn't ready, but hotel was very friendly and accommodating. Very clean. Comfortable bed.

No AC and limited air flow. I don't expect AC in Europe, but a fan would have helped tremendously. A bit smaller than the pictures suggested. Sofa bed took up much of living area.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden bei einem erneuten Besuch in Mainz diese Wohnung wieder wählen!

Es war alles da, was man für eine Städtereise benötigt. Die Lage zwischen Dom und Rheinufer ist perfekt. Dass es nachts an so einer Stelle und an einem Spätsommerwochenende nicht ganz leise sein kann, versteht sich von selbst. Die Einrichtung ist funktional, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Schlüsselabholung problemlos und sehr freundlich.

Un 10. Todo perfecto

El apartamento es perfecto, amplio y luminoso. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar y está muy bien ubicado. Sales del edificio, y tienes el centro justo a un lado, y el Rin al otro. Muy bien comunicado con una parada de autobús justo en la puerta. Nos gustó mucho la cercanía del anfitrión, que en todo momento estuvo muy pendiente, facilitándonos al máximo nuestra estancia. Incluso incluyeron un servicio de limpieza, cosa que no suele ocurrir cuando alquilas un apartamento En fin! Que un 10

Tolle ruhige Lage, obwohl die Unterkunft direkt an der Rheinstraße lag, aber eben nach hinten ging. Direkt am Rhein, viele tradionelle Lokale und Weinstuben.

Appartement génial en plein centre ville !

L'appartement est très bien placé, au cœur du centre ville et pourtant très calme. Le retrait des clés se fait bien dans un hôtel pas loin. Propre, correspond aux photos, sécurisé, bien équipé, j'ai vraiment adoré mon séjour ! Je recommande ! La machine à laver est vraiment un plus pour les gens qui voyagent longtemps !

Peut être un peu plus de vaisselle à disposition (seulement 2 verres, 2 assiettes...). Rajouter une petite table pour manger près de la cuisine (surtout qu'il y a la place), rajouter un spot dans la cuisine car elle est un peu sombre et mettre une décoration un peu plus chaleureuse. Mais ce ne sont que des détails, il était vraiment très bien.

Wunderbare zentrale Lage.

Wir haben die tollen Restaurants zum Früshstücken und Abendessen genutzt (Altstadtcafé, Adam und Eden, Sektkellerei) Alles hervorragend. In der FeWo waren Kaffeepads für die Senseo Maschine vorhanden und sogar Kaffeesahne im Kühlschrank. Eine Teekanne hat gefehlt, da haben wir uns mit einem Topf ausgeholfen. Schönes Geschirr und ausgesprochen sauber.
