Nice place. Nice people.

The full address wasn't posted so it was a challenge to locate the venue at first. But a quick phone call to the couple who let the property and they gave me the house number. Nice friendly couple. Nice place, too. Has a home feel. The Mrs of the couple is very worried about disturbing the neighbours in the evenings, so it may not be a place for night owls. It also means you're probably guaranteed a quiet night.

Maybe I missed the details when booking, but I did not realise the bathroom and toilets were shared. A trashcan in the room would be appreciated.

Great stay for people without sleep problems

Very clean, secure and host was very kind and approachable all the time It only took ten minutes to the next public train station s-Bahn

It’s not the quietest one I had the room next to the toilet and often heard people going out in the morning or coming back in the night time. A lot of young people live there The kitchen is only usable till 7pm but has everything you need except spices. It even has a dishwasher.

スタッフの方がとても優しく、部屋も綺麗だった。

駅へのアクセスが悪く、電車やトラムを上手く利用出来ないと40分ほど坂道を歩くことになる。風呂トイレが共用なのは仕方ないが、ドライヤーが無く、部屋にゴミ箱や洗面台も無かったため苦戦した。マインツではリーズナブルだが、都心の方が安くていいホテルが多いためフランクフルトのホテルに泊まった方が交通費を考慮してもコスパがいいと感じた。

Recht nahe an der gaustraße Erster Stock ohne Fahrstuhl

Heizung erst funktionstüchtig,später lauwarm Rauchen auf dem Balkon nicht möglich da sofort nach Aussage des Vermieters am nächsten Tag Menschen fluchtartig unter großem Ärger die Wohnung ein Stockwerk tiefer verlassen haben ? Toilette nicht im selben Stockwerk, Flur und Treppe nicht geheizt im Winter bißchen doof Es gibt eine gemeinschaftliche Küche darf aber nur bis 19:00uhr genutzt werden

Schlicht und einfach in Nähe der Uniklinik

Das Zimmer ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Schlicht und preisgünstig, nur praktisch wegen der Lage zur Uniklinik und Fußnähe zur Stadt. Ruhige Seitenstraße. Es gab Kaffee in der Gemeinschaftsküche.

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war doch sehr einfach. Wirkte nur zweckmäßig für den günstigen Preis und die Lage zur Klinik, sonst aber regelrecht lieblos, mit so gar nichts Schönem. Gemeinschafts-Bad und WC auf einer anderen Etage, das hatte ich wohl überlesen. Mein eigener Fehler. So fiel mir ein Wohlfühlen eher schwer, aber für eine Übernachtung war es ok.
