Unexplained !

Large apartment, strange multilevel set-up though ?....

Although new 'ish' there were plenty of sub standard fixtures and fittings ( poor workmanship). Exposed wiring to lights, cables everywhere, paint falling off walls, oven range hood missing (just an exposed tube) one small blind across a large window ?, kitchen bench tops split, loose tap fittings, major construction site including rubble to walk through to find front access door. Blinds hanging loosely over back windows to hide the construction site at the rear.

No parking at the site. Hodge podge of glassware butWifi not for a group of seven did not work and host did not care. Counted sofa as seventh bed but not a pull out. No ventilation hood for stove. The luxury apartment not luxurious. Basement wall wet with paint peeling off.

Would not recommend

The location was great..

It was dirty, doing construction out back you couldn't sit outside without stuff falling on you. Had two half falling apart chairs and a table that was broke. No place to hang shower head when taking a shower had to place on floor. Kitchen was dirty no hood vent just a hole. Man was kind of rude he kept telling me I had 5 people but only had 4 one was a friend of my moms that lived in Mainz. Missing knob for light in one of the bed rooms hand prints and dirt on walls.. This was not the same place I stayed at in 2018 don't know if management changed,but way over priced for that apartment for two days.. Wouldn't recommend. We found far cheaper and cleaner in Mainz..

Apartment different to the one shown

The host accepted my request for free parking as compensation for being given a different apartment. The apartment we stayed in was acceptable for our needs.

We got a completely different apartment at a different location from the one shown in the description. It was not as nice as the one shown. No explanation, we were simply taken to a different place.

Nice centrally located apartment, good for large groups

The locaties is perfect and the shower was really nice as well. We also enjoyed the living room upstairs, which is perfect for larger groups to enjoy a meal or play board games

The kitchen isn’t ideal, there was still a moldy coffee filter in the machine. Additionally there is a huge construction site next to it, which wasn’t a disturbance on the weekend just a heads up though. Also would’ve appreciated some basic things in the cabinets like salt and pepper

Perfect stay in Mainz

The apartment is tasteful, modern, and spacious. The huge walk-in rain shower is a big plus. Contrary to what we read in other reviews, the construction place behind the building did not cause any disturbance, although we spent a lot of time at home during the day. With the terrace door closed there was no noise in the apartment, and it was very nice to hang even on the terrace itself.

Misleading pictures, would avoid

Good location.

A lot of construction activity was happening and the apartment didn’t feel completely ready yet. Some electric fixtures were falling apart, some switches did not work properly etc. Photos give a very misleading impression. The communication was also not the smoothest especially after the booking was confirmed.

Es war sehr schön, wir hatten eine gute Zeit

Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war total wackelig. Es musste jemand vorbeikommen und reparieren. Hat aber nicht geklappt. Wir haben den Hahn nicht viel gebraucht. Die Ausstattung entspricht den letzten 20 Bildern von der Anzeige. Es gibt kein Sofa oder gemütliche Sitzecke.

Die Unterkunft war leider nicht sauber (Spinnenweben, klebriger Boden, Haare, sehr staubige Ecken) und recht abgewohnt, sowohl am WC als auch aus der Dusche roch es stark nach Abfluss.

Gutgelegene, wunderschöne moderne Wohnung

Sehr sauber. Moderne schöne Wohnung auf mehreren Ebenen mit kleiner Terrasse für die Raucher. Sehr bequeme Betten. Viele nette Kleinigkeiten wie beleuchteter Kleiderschrank, Safe, indirekte Beleuchtung usw. Die Lage ist ausgesprochen gut, sehr zentral zur Fußgängerzone. Die Wohnung ist zwar an der Straße, aber die Fenster sind so gut, dass kein Lärm durchkommt. Direkt neben der Wohnung gibt es einen Kiosk, sehr praktisch. Sehr nettes Personal welches bei eventuellen Fragen direkt weiterhilft. Fazit: es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Mehr schein als sein... die Fotos zeigen hochwertige Wohnungen welche Sie wirklich nicht mehr sind.

Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral gelegen, nähe der Innenstadt mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Super für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Leider mehr schein als sein - die Fotos welche online gezeigt werden, sind vermutlich schon einiges älter und zeigen eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Jedoch ist die Wohnung schon recht in abgenutzt, gerade was Küche und Balkon angeht. Wir hatten den Check in auf 14 Uhr angegeben was auch bestätigt wurde - leider war die Wohnung erst um 16.30!! bezugsbereit!! Leider kein Anruf oder Mail mit einer Info... dies war wirklich sehr sehr ärgerlich. Auch gab es nur einen einzigen Schlüssel zu dieser Wohnung. Da wir mit 2 Familien da waren und von einer Hochzeit unterschiedlich spät heim kamen, war dies sehr umständlich und ärgerlich. Es gibt Handtücher aber leider keinerlei Abwaschtücher oder Trockentücher für die Küche

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt in Mainz für die ganze Familie.

Alles war perfekt. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Es gibt eine sehr große, schöne Terrasse und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, humorvoll, hilfsbereit und super flexibel. Es war möglich eher einzuchecken und die Koffer am nächsten Tag noch bei der Rezeption zu lassen, um die restliche Zeit in Mainz nutzen zu können.

An für sich eine schöne Unterkunft mit einer schönen Terrasse in einer guten Lage, wenn sie etwas mehr gepflegt würde. Die Schlüssel übergabe war unkompliziert und der Kontakt sehr nett.

Leider war die Unterkunft nicht sehr gut gepflegt, die Küche ist renovierungsbedürftig, der Boden war nicht wirklich sauber.
