The Apartment Central

The location was really convenient and off-street parking was provided (for an additional fee).

The internet did not work throughout the apartment. It did not work in the nice living area with the couches and dining table.

Roomy, comfy apartment, with a nice balcony (though it's not much of a view, it was pleasant and large). Adequate space for four adults, five if two couples and a kid (double bed with another twin in one room, double in the other room - this wasn't as clear on the listing as it might have been.) The place is clean and the appliances work, and the location was great due to a nearby grocery store.

Doesn't have a living room, one of the bedrooms could act as one. The kitchen counters/cabinets need some repair work (they function fine, just aesthetic fixes). Getting the keys was an adventure...but that was our issue, our phones decided not to work properly so we couldn't contact the owner. Despite that, he came around while we were there and helped us in. The place is a bit further from the train station than I'd like - you get your steps! Not the property's fault, but folks park their cars on the street and then get them very late at night, very noisily.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Dieses Apartment muß dringend renoviert und etliches ersetzt oder repariert werden: Wände Spülbecken, Wasserhahn und Schranktür in der Küche kaputt, Duschschlauch undicht, Balkon schmutzig... Schade, denn unser Apartment im gleichen Haus im Vorjahr war exzellent. Diese Wohnung passte auch nicht zu den Fotos , die man vor der Buchung sehen kann. Schade!
