Advertised as having parking spaces, 1st come 1st served but they no longer have any parking spaces. Also one radiator was giving of heat despite being turned as low as it could go. The extra heat was not needed 🥵

There was a fan in each bedroom. The shower worked great. The old building was unique and interesting to stay in. Beds were comfy. We were allowed to check in slightly early.
The staff didn’t reply to a lot of my questions. I was concerned about a scam but they didn’t reassure me. They didn’t explain how to use the television, which seemed broken.

Oosteiner Hof is a wonderful building complex in the Center of Mainz. The room was clean and well equipped. We had problems with the WiFi and the response from the staff was quick (via WhatsApp)
The apartment we had (Dresden) had noise from the Tram running just outside the window and light from the courtyard all night. We prefer rooms in the main building. We didn’t meet anyone in person and could not leave our luggage. WiFi worked eventually, but was on/off (not stable)

I asked for the invoice multiple times (also via email as requested by the owner) and never got it. If you are traveling for work, I don't recommend this place because you won't get a reimbursement.
