Cosy time in suburban Mainz

Great cosy house in a nice location with easy access to the city. Super well equipped, perfect for a stay with friends or family. Lots of child equipment and toys. Extremely responsive hosts, who try to help with whatever you need.

If you are coming with babies and need a travel cot, please bring your own sheets. While the travel cot is provided (amazing), the sheets are not.

Awesome location. Tram is located less than a minute of walk. Clean, and a lot of utensils. Anything you need is available. Owners are helpful and responded to all of my questions. Location is in quiet neighborhood.

Internet has isp firewall, although you can use it normally for 99% of the stuff, you can't connect to remote server if you need to do so for business.

Great stay in quiet area close to supermarket and city with nearby tram to central train station

You can easily reach the rental house with a tram from the main train station. The tram station is not far from the house and you can easily roll your luggage from there. Three bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom also upstairs led to a quiet sleep. Two of the rooms had a TV and each room had a queen or king-size bed. The master bedroom features an anteroom with an extra fold-out couch and a chest of drawers as well as a window. We had a great sleep with no noise. The downstairs area had a living room with large dining table, TV and two windows. The kitchen also had a window and another smaller table for 2 or 3 people. Great range and oven, fridge, microwave. A coffee maker machine as well as manual plastic coffee maker with paper filters is available. There is also tea. Some spices, vinegar and pasta was available. We even had ice cream in the freezer (completely unopened!) The master bedroom TV had lots of English language news channels. Of course there were plenty of German channels available via satellite.

The stairs need to be used a lot if you want to access your rooms or the bathroom from downstairs (that's what it could really have used - a toilet downstairs). Once you have stayed in Amsterdam, however, you will never complain about the kind of stairs which they had at Villa Elenor, which were not that bad. The coffee machine had a tendency to make weak coffee so we used the manual plastic coffee maker and filter. Each TV had different channels, clearly with satellite channels in the master bedroom but not many English channels.

Großartiges Ferienhaus mit lieben Gastgebern

Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in dem super toll eingerichteten Haus. Es war super sauber, sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und viel Platz. Die Bäder (eins mit kleiner Sauna) sind modern gestaltet und einfach nur klasse. Wir haben jeden Abend den sehr gemütlichen Innenhof mit Outdoor Küche genossen. Die Lage war top und wir konnten schnell das Zentrum erreichen. Danke an die lieben und sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Wir kommen sehr gerne bald wieder. Liebe Grüße von Amelie und Thomas

Ein top ausgestattetes, kinderfreundliches Haus – perfekt für große Gruppen und Erholung pur!

Absolute Empfehlung! Das Haus 756 war für uns ein absolutes Highlight! Sehr kinderfreundlich mit vielen Spielsachen ausgestattet – perfekt für Familien. Die Infrarotsauna war nach einem langen Tag genau das Richtige. Besonders positiv: ideal für größere Gruppen (wir waren 7 Personen) und trotzdem genügend Platz für alle. Die Outdoor-Küche ist ein tolles Extra, das wir wetterbedingt leider nicht nutzen konnten. Alles ist neuwertig und in Top-Zustand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Business-Trip mit Wow-Effekt – besser als jedes Hotel!

Wir waren beruflich in Mainz und mussten spontan verlängern – das House 756 war ein echter Glücksgriff! Jeder hatte ein eigenes, komfortables Schlafzimmer mit superbequemen Betten (sogar unser Kollege mit Rückenproblemen war begeistert – und will sich jetzt auch eine Infrarotkabine zulegen!). Alles ist hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet: Smart-TVs mit Netflix in jedem Zimmer, elektrische Jalousien, Moskitonetze, eine großzügig ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was man braucht – und als Highlight die Outdoor-Küche, wo wir abends gemeinsam entspannt gekocht haben. Besonders praktisch: Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und ein Vertikalbügler, mit dem wir unsere Business-Outfits auffrischen konnten. Die Reaktion unserer Frauen auf die Fotos vom stylishen Wohnzimmer und der Technik im Haus: Neid pur! Durchdacht, komfortabel, modern – wir kommen definitiv wieder, vielleicht auch mal mit unseren Familien.
