Very cozy and in a quiet neighborhood.

No breakfast, however the location was great. The place was very clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful. A bus stop is very close and you can easily walk to the Volkspark without a problem.

Cosy newly renovated apartment.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Newly renovated and well equipped. It is in a quiet suburb but is only 20 minutes by bus to the city centre which is very convenient. They have a free parking space so it's not problem to park and use public transport to get around the city or walk through the surrounding parks.

We didn't have use of the bicycles. There wasn't any information about bicycles even though we requested when booking. The host was away for the weekend so we unfortunately couldn't ask. With the convenient bus route however it wasn't really a problem.

The apartment is newly renovated and complete with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The apartment is centrally located and in a quiet residential area. The host is very friendly and helpful.

There could have been a bit more information on how to operate the different small appliances and the entertainment center. We figured it all out in a short time, but perhaps not all guests will be so insightful.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter er kam mir sogar sehr entgegen weil ich kurzfristig eine Nacht weniger bleiben konnte, gutes Bett, schönes Apartment, ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet mit kostenlosem Parkplatz direkt vor Apartment.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Mainz .

Die Wohnung ist schön im grünen gelegen , mit Auto und Bus gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns an dem großen Balkon erfreut,auf dem wir zu dritt frühstücken konnten. Alles war sehr sauber und in der Küche sind alle Utensilien,auch für größere Kochaktivitäten, ausreichend vorhanden. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Da gibt es nichts zu schreiben.

Tolle FeWo am Stadtrand. Netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Tolle Lage in Weisenau, am Stadtrand von Mainz. Ruhig. Die FeWo ist "spacy" wie man heutzutage sagt. Es war alles da, was man so braucht. Teekocher etc. Herr Ingenkamp, der Vermieter, hat alle Anfragen bestens gelöst. Beispiel: ich bin Frühaufsteher, er hat die Heizung früher laufen lassen, ist ja die Übergangszeit... Die FeWo ist auch in der Nähe unseres Büros, was mir sehr entgegenkommt. Total sauber und gepflegt!

Super Wohnung, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Die Unterkunft war vortrefflich geputzt. Sie hatte alles, was wir benötigt haben. Die Wohnung lag im 1. Stock in einem kleinen Haus in einer Wohngegend. Perfekte Anbindung mit den Bus in die Innenstadt.

Flugverkehr (Frankfurter Flughafen): man gewöhnt sich daran, In der Nacht war es auch ruhig, konnten sogar mit offenem Fenster schlafen.

Gepflegte Fewo

Gepflegte ruhig gelegene Fewo. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, nur Kochlöffel fehlten. Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert. Geschäfte erreicht man innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das größere Schlafzimmer ist gut ausgestattet und komfortabler als das kleinere Schlafzimmer. Ich habe das kleinere Schlafzimmer bewohnt, sodaß die Bewertung nicht so gut ausfällt, wie es die gesamte Wohnung verdient.

Im kleineren Schlafzimmer fehlen Nachttisch und Nachttischlampe sowie ein Kleiderschrank. Der Couchtisch ist dagegen überflüssig.
