Centrally located and yet very quiet, it is just perfect for nature lovers as for the city break or the visit to the fair in Frankfurt or Mainz.
We welcome families as well as couples, individuals or small groups of friends or colleagues.

The apartment was very clean and the area was very walkable. Close to the train station so we had easy access to surrounding areas. Maria was a fantastic host and made sure we were comfortable. We enjoyed our experience here.

It was supposed to be a 2-bedroom apartment, but it was only a 1-bedroom with a day bed in a very small storage room. The main bedroom had a big window facing the neighbors' window directly across the street, but no curtains! The entrance to the building had a bad smell, and it was under construction. The floors in the apartment were all different levels with a 1-inch step up or step down from room to room, which caused us to trip. The bathroom had a small curtain that did not entirely cover the window. The tv was in the kitchen. The furniture was old and cheap - the bottoms of the drawers in the chest of drawers in the bedroom were falling out. Basically the place was a "dump". I would never recommend it to anyone.

Finding a parking spot was a bit challenging at times, but knowing the area, that's not a surprise. Martina is the best host you can imagine, extremely responsive and always there to help.

Martina trumped our expectations . What a great host. We loved the apartment and the village. It is in walking distance of a great bakery. The street was beautiful. I took a long walk early in the morning. It was such a lovely setting.

Schöne hohe Decken tolle Ausstattung bezüglich Küchengeräte Besteck Teller etc alles da was man so braucht. Sehr sauber. Betten Decken etc. Super. Durch das zweite Zimmer Rückzugsort auch für Kinder und Ruhe für die Eltern möglich. Sehr nette, offene und hilfreiche Korrespondenz.

Ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen. Geeignet für zwei Personen. Leider im zweiten Schlafkämmerchen, Küche und Bad keine direkte Frischluftzufuhr und wenig Tageslicht. Günstiger Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Mainz und Umgebung. In allen Räumen wunderschöne Bilder eines ortsansässigen Künstlers. Empfehlenswert St. Stefan mit Chagall Fenstern, Bingen, Kloster Eberbach und die schönen Weinberge fast vor der Tür.

Wir hatten die Wohnung für unsere Hochzeitsgäste angemietet. Trotz diverser Anpassungen unsererseits im Vorhinein (Länge Aufenthalt, Anzahl Gäste, zusätzliches Babybett) hat alles problemlos geklappt und unsere Gäste waren sehr glücklich mit der Ferienwohnung.

Schöne Wohnung. Alles da, was man benötigt. Dazu gibt es noch Apfelsaft und Wein von örtlichen Anbietern zum Selbstkostenpreis (Flasche Saft 1€, Flasche Wein 5€) - alles sehr lecker. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Echt zu empfehlen. Es gab 3 separate Schlafzimmer. 1 mit 1 Doppelbett, 1 mit 1 Einzelbett, 1 mit 3 Einzelbetten.

Es ist eine kleine aber feine Wohnung. Für uns und unsere 3 Kinder als Schlafmöglichkeit für einen Kurztripp nach Mainz war es völlig ausreichend. Der einzige Hakeb an der Sache war des es ein großes Weinfest im Ort gab und wir deshalb Probleme hatten bei der Parkplatz suche.

Sehr nette Vermieterin, unsere späte Ankunft war kein Problem, es gibt einen Schlüsselsafe für sehr späte Anreise, der Safe ist auch praktisch, wenn nicht alle gemeinsam unterwegs sein wollen. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen und ein guter Standort für Ausflüge, auch mit Öffis, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Fußgängerentfernung. Im Erdgeschoss eines Altbaus gelegen sind die straßenseitigen Zimmer (Wohnzimmer und 2er Schlafzimmer) schön hell. Essplatz und kleines Schlafzimmer gehen zum Innen- hof und sind eher duster. Wir waren Anfang Mai dort und es war recht frisch im Haus, die bereitgestellten Heizlüfter haben wir gebraucht. Wer gerne kocht, kann sich in der voll einge- richteten Küche austoben.

Gute Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist für 5 Personen gut zu nutzen. Wir haben uns sehr gefeut, dass wir unseren Hund mitbringen dürften. Das Doppelbett ist gut, die Klappsofas sind wie alle Klappsofas nicht ganz eben. Küche und Bad sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt. Was uns als Nichtraucher etwas störte, war der Geruch von kalter Zigarettenasche im Bad, den wir uns nicht erklären könnten.
