Very bad

This was honestly the worst booking experience I’ve ever had. I arrived from a long trip from Kuwait, and despite having a confirmed reservation, I never received any email with the entry code to access the apartment. When I first called the host, he answered and said he is “at work” and doesn’t have time to respond. After that, I tried calling multiple times and he kept ending the call immediately after picking up. I was left waiting outside for more than an hour with no help even though I arrived exactly at the check-in time stated on Booking. To make things worse, the host later sent me a WhatsApp message telling me that “people like me who expect a quick response won’t find apartments available,” which was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I even contacted Booking ,but the host refused to provide the entry code or give me access to the apartment. The entire experience was stressful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.

It is easy to find this place because the host well prepared for all explanations for everything :) just be aware that when you bring your car, driving roads in the town is narrowed and already lot of cars in the town.

Bardzo fajne mieszkanko w aneksie kuchennym znajduje się wszystko co jest potrzebne do przygotowywania posiłków może jedynie przydałby się toster i to dodatkowe łóżko do wymiany nie wygodne i trzeszczy przy każdym ruchu i przydałoby się uszczelnić prysznic aby woda nie wyciekała.Kontakt z właścicielem przemiły odpowiada bardzo szybko na każdą wiadomość .Odbiór kluczy bezproblemowy po instrukcjach od właściciela.Bardzo polecam ten obiekt.

Nie ma na co narzekać jedynie na brak miejsca parkingowego przypisanego do obiektu.

Erstklassige Unterkunft

Toll eingerichtet, alles in einem einwandfreien Zustand, sehr bequemes Bett, voll ausgestattete Küche, die Location ist auch super, fußläufig sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants erreichbar, die Gegend ist ruhig und sehr sicher.

Mainz zum Wohlfühlen

Tolle Lage in ruhiger Nebenstraße, trotzdem prima Anbindung an die Innenstadt und alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Bäcker, Lokale und Supermarkt in Laufweite. Perfekt eingerichtet. Es hat weder in der Küche noch sonst an irgendetwas gefehlt. Sehr moderne Ausstattung mit vielen USB-Anschlüssen, Dockingstation für induktives Laden etc. Wunderschönes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und bequeme Matratze.

Tolle Wohnung mit Einschränkungen

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, tolle Küche. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Bett ist bequem, prima Bad. Die Couch ist allerdings wirklich unbequem. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem netten Viertel, gute Busverbindung, ca. 20 Minuten Fahrzeit zur Innenstadt, zur Bushaltestelle ca. 3 Minuten zu laufen. Anreise und Infos, Schlüsselkasten waren unkompliziert.

Kein SAT-TV, sei defekt. Ein Problem war die Jalousie, die am 2. Tag ihren Geist nach viel Gewackel und Gepolter aufgab. Dies bei gut 30 Grad Außentemperatur und ca. 8 Stunden Sonneneinstrahlung. Das Problem war dem Vermieter vorher bekannt! Wir haben letztlich unsere Decken an die Fenster gehangen. Dem Vermieter muß man zugute halten, dass er uns abends ein Klimagerät bringen wollte bzw. eine Hotelübernachtung zahlen wollte. Warum man uns nicht gleich ein Klimagerät in die Wohnung gestellt hat, bleibt ungeklärt. Nach diesen Defekten ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht in Ordnung. Ein paar Infos zu Mainz und den Busverbindungen/-haltestellen etc. wären nett gewesen. In den Schränken waren mehrere geöffnete Lebensmittel, was wir doch etwas unhygienisch fanden.
