Lovely hotel

The staff were helpful and friendly. Room was really clean, spacious and light. Nice warm shower and great AC. The balcony had a rail to dry clothes which was great. We had free bottles of water everyday and good laundry service. The location was great - close to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes. Would 100% recommend this place :)

The host is so sweet and honest and super nice and helpful!! She advices me very well about activities in the island and was honest about what better to do with a tour and what is easy to explore by myself. She made every request possible and was super helpful with my laundry which I decided to do last minute. The facilities are great and super tidy. The way to the beach is only a few minutes walking. Lots of bars and cafes around and also a 7 Eleven. Loved it! Thank you!

An incredibly friendly, welcoming hotel in Koh Lanta.

Aw, what a great stay! The lady running the hotel was one of the smiliest, kindest, happiest people we’ve ever met. She made our time at the hotel super. There’s also a fresh water dispenser, the rooms have shower gel and shampoo, and the balcony area is a nice touch. Plus, such a comfy bed!

Mediocre room, but ok location

It was quiet enough considering on the main road. Ree the owner was smiley and helpful

There was no mirror in the room eg. for blow drying hair. There was nowhere to put bag or clothes. Nowhere to put toiletries in bathroom. A few hooks and shelves would improve the room a lot. The sign in room on wall offered 10% discount on tours. This was not given automatically, and reluctantly when challenged the next day. I feel it was deliberate and dishonest although Ree is a friendly lady. Also tried to offer me an expensive minivan transfer initially. Lost my confidence a bit. But still had a good stay.

I got the no-hot-water-room. I knew what I was getting myself into. But honestly, I miss this place. Great location, clean room (and great daily cleaning), the cold water shower was fine, the aircon was spot on! And the best thing about the place - Ree! The amazing awesome fun happy Ree. She made my stay incredible, always helpful, always flexible and always happy. Kraaaaab Ree!

Some traffic noise as it’s on the main road, but that’s what happens when a property is on the main road!

A wonderful stay in Koh Lanta

I stayed 4 nights in the most wonderful room with garden surroundings. The room was on the back so I heard no noise from the street. Super kind staff, helpful with tours, boats and taxi. Always smiling, thank you so much! 5 min walk to Long Beach, nice restaurants just outside the reception. The staff made the extra small thing like surprise local breakfast package was left outside the room every morning <3 and lighting incense outside the rooms in the evening.

Highly recommended

Everything was good! The room was very spacious, with a nice balcony. In fact I was the only guest during low season. The staff is lovely, helped me with taxi and transfer reservations. The location is around 10min walk to long beach. There are several restaurants, atm, laundry close to the hotel. Would definitely come back.

The only thing that I missed was a bigger mirror in the room, but that didn’t bother me.

Clean and well located, great for the price!

Staff were helpful and location was great for the beach and Lyms restaurant just 400m away. Rooms were clean when I arrived, good A/C and lady at front desk helpful. It was cheap and good value for money. Good shower pressure and comfy bed.

Really good stay

Spacious room, good location to Long beach, restaurants & shops. Short drive away to other parts of the Island. The bedroom and bathroom were both really clean. The hosts were very friendly & helped with onwards travel. We rented a scooter from them which was reasonably priced & a good rental bike. We had aircon, a fridge & kettle in our room which we liked. Would recommend staying here!

Decent and clean

-Spacious room -Clean room -Helpful staff -They also offer beach towels, shower essentials and one bottle of water per day which I appreciated. -Good location

-My bed was supposed to be a double bed but instead it was 2 mattress put together. When there are 2 people sleeping, that ia inconvenient. -I had an ant invasion, I couldn't keep any food in the room. -The rooms don't have much natural light.

Nice comfortable stay

We booked this room last minute to extend our stay in Koh Lanta by 1 day and they were very quick to confirm our reservation and allowed us to check in early <3 The owners are really friendly and nice, the room was clean and comfortable, with access to a balcony. For such a price it was fantastic. The AC was working well and the shower had hot water. There are many nice local restaurants around, as well as mini markets (not 7/11). The beach is around 10 mins walk.

Many small bugs/ants inside the room but understandable since it's an island.

Joyful and exciting

The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic, they are soo cute and happy people! A couple of the ladies have zero English but they are such happy ladies an will do there best to help you with your questions! The wife and husband who run the hotel are so helpful! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

A great stay, with a wonderful and helpful Host!

Clean rooms, just like the photos. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with cold aircon, good storage, a drying rack, fridge, kettle, coffee, a table and two chairs and some cutlery which is rare. The host is absolutely wonderful! She is so friendly and helpful. The nearest beach is a 5 min walk. The mini mart and 711 is a 10-15 min walk. Lots of places to eat around.

everything is perfect ! i stop here for 5th time ,great for short and long stays ,close to long beach ,about 15 mins walking ,rooms are comfortable and has all necessary stuff ,a lot of cafes and restaurants around ,7-11 is about 15 mins but is not a big deal !

Great place to stay, I highly recommend :)

- lovely and helpful owners :) - spacious and clean room, there is small fridge, basic cutlery, glasses and bowl, small table, desk with big mirror and big wardrobe - king size bed :) - motorbike rental possible which is very convenient - few restaurants around and short distance walk to the beach - hairdryer at the reception, just ask for it - two small water bottles every day delivered to the room I stayed there one week and I highly recommend the place :)

Amazing place for low budget !

One of the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered in Thailand ! The rooms a pretty big and very clean and comfy. I think it’s a super good value for their price They also offer you to rent a motobike to explore the island, since there are not so much activity next to the hotel (just some restaurants) Recommended if you are on a low budget !

Unfortunately the flow in the shower was insanely weak. Not the best experience after a day at the beach, we had to use the toilet’s hose.

Great experience

Speaking about the location of the hotel, I will say it's good (you must think about renting a bike as well to explore more areas), it's a 5 min walk to the long beach which is really nice and clean with some bars and restaurants. If your intention is to visit other beaches then you must absolutely think about a motorbike. The room is clean and neat & the owners are super duper nice providing everything needed to please their customers. To be honest you'll have the feeling like you are staying with some family members.

Personally, nothing to complain about. The ratio price & service was fully respected.

Perfecr for what we needed

The staff were exceptional, very helpful and attentive. We wanted to go to the old town and the owners drove us there and waited to bring us back. The rain came on really heavy so they changed their cars to make sure we didn’t get soaked. They couldn’t do enough for you! We were left fresh towels, toilet roll, soap and coffee every day. The owner greeted us at the door and carried our bags to our room. Our room had everything we needed, very clean with a big balcony area. Would stay here again.

It’s the best Ko Lanta’s hotel! Very friendly staff, responsive administrator, which helped us a lot. Very clean and comfortable room, nice furniture, with big awesome balcony and air conditioner as well. It also includes crockery and teapot and it’s cool adding. Also, there is a good restorab with pizza and hummus nearby. This hotel has convenient location within easy reach of all beaches. We liked everything about it.

Highly recommended! :) Super friendly and supportive staff, who helped me my with renting a scooter, laundry service and transportation. The room was impeccable and I felt at home right away. Sparkling clean with a comfy bed, quiet AC, small fridge (I’ve really missed that in my last accomodations) and a lovely balcony to sit outside. The location was super convenient: only 2 min walking distance to Kohub and very close to the beach - the best of both worlds :) Sadly, I had to go back earlier (due to Coronavirus), but I‘m gonna be back and I‘d definitely stay there again :)

B&B spartano ma pulito e comodo. le stanze ampie letti un po duri bagno grande con doccia senza pareti posizione ottima per long beach la miglior spiaggia secondo me , in zona e’ pieno di ristoranti e market. Il must è rappresentato da Rii che accoglie gli ospiti con simpatia gentilezza e disponibilità. ottimi i servizi che offre rent scooter transfert escursioni .si paga in contanti ma ha un ATM e c’è acqua calda . considerando i prezzi sull’isola ha un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ….io sono stato bene !

all’arrivo mi aspettavo qualcosa di diverso ma mi sono adattato e sono stato bene non ho critiche da fare …. forse il wi-fi un po’ lento o qualche rumore dal tetto per il vento ma si fa l’abitudine …

Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour Koh lanta mais aussi pour Riri et son hôtel.

Nous avons tout aimé dans l’hôtel. Dès notre arrivée Riri nous a mis à l’aise. Elle est agréable et toujours souriante. Elle répond à toutes les demandes. Nous avons loué le scooter chez elle ce qui est pratique. Nous avons aussi choisi les excursions et le transfert sur une autre île avec elle. L’hôtel et les chambres sont très propres, ça sent bon et aucun moustique. C’est une ambiance familiale. Elle mérite d’être connue comme la meilleure hôte et qu’on la conseille aux prochains vacanciers. Je vous recommande son hôtel les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçu.
