-Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned to a high standard
-Near to beach, shops, and restaurants
-For the price paid and what you get, it’s a great deal compared to other places nearby
-4 bed dorm and bathroom has no window and the sink for it is in the hallway

Reception, location, and price are excellent.
The power outlet beside bed #1 in the 4-bed dormitory created sparks each time a plug was inserted. This is a safety hazard which must be addressed.
The shower and toilet occupy the same space which means the floor is wet if you wish to use the toilet. This is common in Thailand but it doesn't mean I have to like it.
