Location is very convenient. The parking in Zadar is not easy, but possible, if you know it. Ask the owners about the parking options, download and prepare bmove app or similar. There is a large free parking within 800 m or so. The owners were extremely helpful and quick to answer. The room is very practical for such a budget, the modest facilities are well thought through. The Wi-Fi was easy and good, which is not always the case along the Croatian coastline.
The shower can be better. I was not able to get the news on TV in English or German, but maybe this is my fault.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at Zadar Street Apartments and Room (Aug 20–24). The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The host was kind and helpful, and communication was smooth. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to return in the future. Highly recommended!

Location was perfect, just a short walk to the prom and about 5/10 min walk to the beach. Lovely quiet place just what I expected. Bed was super comfy, air con great and good facilities

Since the apartment is 1+1, it met all my needs comfortably. The location is very central. We can easily say that it is on the street of bars, only 1 minute from the university and the sea. The kitchen had all the equipment, including different types of wine glasses.
The apartment is turned from the basement, so the living room does not get much sun. It was very rainy when I visited the city and there was extreme humidity in the apartment. For this reason, it was difficult to warm up and breathe. Also, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The sound insulation of the apartment with the next apartment was bad.
