Great location- cosy and comfortable room.

It is very well located- immediately at the sea shore and the old town as well as the airport bus. The room is pretty, bed is comfortable. There is a fridge, kettle and some coffee and tea at disposal. You can leave your bag for few hours at the location. The owner is friendly and responsive.

The google maps sends you to the back of the building - it could help to have better description on how to get to the right entrance. The room is a basically in an apartment - there is no common sitting area or balcony.

Great value for money

Lovely clean apartment. Shown extras like towels iron board and iron, maps and leaflets. Umbrellas came in handy that they have at side of doors, Spacious rooms, plenty of hot water and situated next to main part of town.

Maybe for one night only given the location and price. Otherwise not at all.

Location, host provided us private parking outside.

First of all, the security is very bad. You can only close the door to your room with a regular key, the house door and the door of the floor are always open. Then there was a smell of mold all around. We tried opening the window but it doesn’t help. You can hear everything across the walls. Bedroom windows is just above the house door, would hear every time someone enters. Facilities in the room seemed clean but the ones shared for all the rooms were dirty. Bed sheets and towels were low quality or just very old. There were forks and spoons in the room but no knives.

It’s a good place to stay if you’re not in Zadar long and want to be close to all the main attractions and aren’t a ligh

He was very nice and helped us find parking in front of the property. The property is very close to the old town, so if you’re not staying in Zadar long it’s a good place to stay.

The facilities are a bit dated. The walls are quite thin and we could here what else was going on in the house at all hours of day and night.

You get what you pay for.

The location worked out nicely. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with through whatsapp. Air conditioning kept us sane during the +33°c heatwave. The property is close to all the island ferries and rental boats. The price was very decent to what we got.

The building was old, as well as the facilities. The entrance is in a courtyard that looks is a parking lot. It was dark at night and was not a comforting sight. Both the building door and the front door are always unlocked. Although the bedroom door had a good lock, we still didn't find this very comfortable and this should be improved. Other "commercial property" facilities and plans not in place.

Exceptional

Amazing location . We only had one night in Zadar and were able to see all we needed . We arrived by ferry from Rijeka and it was 2min walk to the property . Old city town so so close , but far enough from all tourist noise , sea organs 2min walk and even had a swim . Super clean , cozy , modern room , felt secure and safe , loved the host so so friendly and so helpful . They helped with luggage storage so we could further explore . Thank you !!!!! If we were to come back would stay for sure . Host Jure and his mum were Amazing .

Jure was a great host. Very friendly and always willing to help. Was the perfect location, right by the sea organ but also away from the busyness yet 5 mins from the centre. Right by the sea and great air con in the room when it was over 30°C outside. Would highly recommend.

the place is run down and depressing. the room had a seriously unpleasant odor…so much so that we had to leave the room after 30 minutes and stay elsewhere. the proprietor was curt. would never recommend this place.

Very nice owner & value for money accommodation.

Good & responsive owner. He even waited for me outside the apartment building (upon giving him an estimated arrival time) and guided me to park at a location near to the apartment and it’s free. The room is spacious and have the necessary facilities. The bathroom has a heater and it’s feel warm during a cold day. The location is very near the sea and have good view. Though can hear the ship engine in the morning, it’s a good morning call.

When it is written that there is a microwave oven, I would have expected that there would be at least a plate or cutlery, there was only a cutlery knife. The fridge and microwave is in the common corridor. The accommodation was completely smoked out from smokers, at night there was noise from boats or other guests (Italians)

Great location with small size rooms

Room is centrally located with city center in walking distance. I stayed there for only one night. There are many restaurants and Coffee shops in the near by area.

Room felt very claustrophobic to me. We had to close shade of the windows as the window was facing corridor and room was on ground floor. Overall I would recommend room for short 1 night stay for a couple if you are ok with small room.

A great location at a great price in old town Zadar

An affordable and well located room in the main old town of Zadar. We were walking distance from everything and it was so easy to see it all in a short time. We also had a rental car and while there is no dedicated parking with the room, Bastion was very helpful in helping us find free parking on the street outside. All appliances and shower were nice and worked well.

The place itself is a little difficult to find. Even with the Google maps direction, you have to enter a courtyard and peek around at different entrances before finding the name on a buzzer box. Could use a sign outside to help find the place easier.

It is not wheelchair accessible as there are 6 steps up from the front door. The view is of a courtyard parking area. There is no patio.

The host was super friendly and helpful, he agreed on leaving our things in the property before the time of check-in so we could explore the city. Very comfortable bed, everything was clean and nice; the location was exceptional, only 200 m from the parking where you can take a bus to the airport. We loved the stay!

Budget stay and close to old town zadar.

The location was really good. It is within the island of the old town, so it is really convenient.

There was no Sign anywhere that mentioned the name of the Hotel and hence it was not at all easy to find. There was really no hooks or places to hang the towels,except for the 3 hangers in the closet. Please add hooks in the bathroom as we need to carry our clothes into the bathroom to change into the nightware. There should be at least 1 dustbin in the main room :) It would be great if the TV actually worked cause we always watch a bit of the news before going to bed. If the above comments are worked upon then I'm sure the tourists will have an even better experience.
