Location was fantastic, We enjoyed the evening glass of wine in the garden. Being able to do our laundry was also appreciated.
We were remiss in seeing the "shared kitchen" buried under the "Convenient Facilities" section along with paid parking and the fact that boating is popular; as opposed to having it posted it in Comfortable Accommodations description. This gave us a bit of a surprise when we checked in.
Our GPS gave us grief in finding the apartment so we suggested to the host, Ratko, that sending a PDF map indicating the free parking lot and the path to the apartment would have been very helpful.
We also suggested that clients are informed that seeking a free parking spot in the morning may be a challenge, whereas later in the day it is easier to secure a spot. Once we parked, we did not use the vehicle until we left, which was awesome.

This is an excellent room with a sizeable ensuite bathroom and access to a shared kitchen. There is also a large outside space. The location is perfect for a night out in town, being right between the two main squares and minutes walk from the sea organ and salute to the sun. The check in was easy with the owner meeting us at the property.

Great location for getting around the old town of Zadar. Short walk from the main taxi drop off in front of the gate and our host was very through showing us around the property. Bedroom was spacious and same goes for the bathroom. Kitchen/washing machine is shared with the other room but had no issues as they did not use it while we were there.
