This is unequivocally the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. It truly feels like a modern, 2026 version of the Principe di Savoia. The entire staff is absolutely amazing, but a special shoutout to Karlo at reception, and Dorian and Jakov at the restaurant, who were exceptional. They were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests on a complimentary basis. The views are breathtaking, and the room and overall facilities are top-tier. To top it all off, the dining experiences across the cafe, bar, and restaurant were simply phenomenal.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was completely perfect from start to finish.

There is no valet service and no bellman service...weird for a 5* hotel. The mini bar was empty.
