Very warm welcome when we arrived late at night, the room was clean and comfortable, everything we needed for a couple of nights in Zadar, location was perfect for exploring the old town, seeing the sea organ and the sun salutation, would definitely recommend

Location was good. Host was very friendly and helpful. Next to police station.
Hard to find. No View. Building run down & in sad need of repair. Definitely not a 3 star by USA standards. Barely a 2. No View, no desk. Lots of stairs. Toilet seat broken. Mold in Shower. Not soundproof as heard dog barking and voices at all hours of night.
