Fantastic location!! Right in the heart of zadar, but just far enough from the noise of the clubs where you can get a good night’s rest. The room was stocked with everything you could need - even slippers! The view from the balcony was gorgeous and so relaxing – it overlooks a café and a little walkway and park and is perfect to sit out on while you drink your espresso in the mornings. The host was very accommodating and friendly too! The room itself felt very luxurious - perhaps the most modern and carefully appointed room we’ve stayed at in Croatia, with many tasteful interior design choices. The windows are triple-paned glass, which, along with the metal roll-down sunshades on the exteriors, provide fantastic soundproofing. You’d be hard-pressed to find better in this part of town. We’d definitely come back!
The only negatives: the fact that there’s no elevator/lift (so make sure you pack light!) and the fact that the hot water in the shower only lasted about 10 mins before it got cold.

The room was I. Exceptional condition from top to bottom. Much like you would expect in a high end hotel room. The rooms were recently remodeled and have upscale accoutrements all the way around.
