Lipotica Luxury Accommodation

Our room was great for an overnighter and an easy stroll into the centre of Zadar. We had a hire car, so really appreciated the free parking so close to our accommodation. Pre-entry communication was excellent (thank you!!). We would definitely stay again!!

This apartment is directly across from Old Town Zadar. The location is fabulous. It is an entire apartment. There is an elevator.

Parking was a little tricky, we did find a spot in the back alley not directly behind us but one to the left. Else you have to pay to park across the busy street.

Great location. Room quite spacious & clean.

We chose this property for our stay in Zadar as it stated parking was included. When we received our check in info on day of arrival it stated parking was behind the building about a 3 minute walk- fine. When we drove there , no parking places were available so had to park elsewhere & pay. We sent a message re this & were told free parking behind building depends on availability!! The tv would not work. We kept receiving an error message on the screen when we turned it on. Messaged again & was told that they weren’t sure & would have to contact owner - never heard back. Traffic noise all night plus could hear the people in next room talking until well after midnight. Description of room stated soundproof ??
