Lipotica Luxury Accommodation

Ease of check in and communication, situation and facilities. Bed comfortable and tea and coffee making facilities, nice size room

Shower could have been hotter and no bottom sheet on bed, hairs and stains evident on mattress cover

Our room was great for an overnighter and an easy stroll into the centre of Zadar. We had a hire car, so really appreciated the free parking so close to our accommodation. Pre-entry communication was excellent (thank you!!). We would definitely stay again!!

This apartment is directly across from Old Town Zadar. The location is fabulous. It is an entire apartment. There is an elevator.

Parking was a little tricky, we did find a spot in the back alley not directly behind us but one to the left. Else you have to pay to park across the busy street.

The location, close to the historical center. It was clean.

Very poor and unprofessional communication from the hosts. Basically they did not contact us at all before our arrival and completely ignored the messages we sent on Booking asking for info. We had to call when we arrived to get some info and the lady who answered did not consider anything wrong with the fact that she did not reply to any messages. Not the stress and irritation anyone needs on holiday. Apartment very noisy, the water pipes in the walls make serious noise whenever neighbours are using water, literally waking you from sleep. No pressure of water in the shower, shower cabin door missing. Nothing luxury about this apartment. There is no parking place included, that is a deceiving feature of the accomodation. You can either park on some dark back alley, if you can find a spot or in the public parking in front which costs 0,40 Eur an hour. Ridiculously expensive considering all these things.
