Great location, very clear directions from the staff about self checking, well functioning air condition
Bring your own pillow as pilows were non-functional.

The location is good, a 20 min walk from old town. Private parking. Quiet area. Comfortable room. Even though there is no staff, online communication was good.
The accommodation has no windows, but it has a good AC.
