Our stay at Zolio Rooms was wonderful. The room was beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed, a relaxing sitting area, and a spotless, luxurious bathroom - exactly what we needed after exploring Zadar’s charming old town. The property is perfectly located in the historic centre, just minutes from the city’s most famous sights. Maja made the check‑in process effortless with her clear and friendly instructions. Fab location in the heart of the old town. Easy check in process, Maja was very helpful and sent all the details via whatsapp. The room was spacious with good A/C, lots of light, and little balcony which was nice for morning coffee! Bathroom was also very nice. I could hear some music from nearby restaurants, but with the windows closed it did not disturb me. Nice to have a frige with some complimentary water!
Only criticism is that the bed wasn't soft enough for me but just personal preference!

The location was excellent situated right in the centre and 5 minutes walk from everything. The room was ideal and very clean. The view from the balcony wasn't great but it was lovely to be able to sit out side with a coffee and plan the day. Really liked the place.
Music from the nearby restaurant could be loud but it went off at a reasonable time and didn't affect our rest.

Very good location, cosy and very clean room. Staff was helpful and very communicative.
Property it self was nice, maybe a little bit overpriced, but I think it is because of season and location. And also the building needs restoration. Main thing that was very frustrating those guys from the bar downstairs, every time we entered and exited the apartment they were so annoying with pressuring to eat or drink in their restaurant, I am patient person but this was too much.
