This accommodation is clean, comfortable, quiet and in a great location for access to the old town, harbour etc. It’s quite small, but everything - shower, Wi-Fi etc - works well. The owner is very pleasant and helpful, and overall this offers good value.

Piccola pensione ubicata appena fuori la penisola con il centro storico di Zara. Accoglienza precisa e cordiale: l'anziana proprietaria è simpatica, parla un'ottimo italiano e, se sollecitata, intrattiene volentieri l'ospite con i suoi racconti. Stanza regolare e pulita. La posizione è ottima per chi non vuole alloggiare proprio nel trambusto estivo della movida zaratina pur essendone vicina. Ristorante al piano terra (di fatto) collegato alla guesthouse dove si mangia piuttosto bene. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
La pensione non ha parcheggio e a Zara può essere un problema. In strada accanto all'alloggio noi non abbiamo mai trovato parcheggio. La macchina si può lasciare a circa 200 metri su Ul. Ivana Mazuranica in un area parcheggio di un ente (almeno per il momento) ma non è custodito.

Clean room and quiet.
Bathroom is big but shower room is small.
The penthouse room is not suitable for people over 1.7 metres tall.
The room has a narrow corridor passageway of less than 300 mm, which makes it easy to hit the bed.
The WiFi is too weak. 99% unable to connect in the room.
The room is on the roof of the building. It is not suitable to bring large luggage or suitcases through the narrow staircase.
It is very difficult to find parking near the building. If you're lucky, you might find a parking spot within a 10–15 minutes walk.
There is no TV and the power plug is loose.
That price is far under my expectation.
