El Mirador Rooms with Balcony

Great location, close to old town, beach. There is a bakery and store just across the street. There is parking available on the street, in front of the building, however you may have to circle the block few times until spot becomes available. Host will send you all the information on how to access the apartment and is available to answer any questions very quickly. Being so close to the beach ,if you keep windows open, don't be surprised to hear seagulls with first light of the day. It has a nice balcony. Kitchen is common area ,well equipped, it has washer and dryer which is great option for a longer stay. Balcony has a drying clothing rack .

Being so close to all the hustle and bustle it gets very loud until late at night. If you need a quite place, this is not it.

Perfect location: Right next to the pedestrian bridge, making it very easy to walk into the Old Town.Great convenience: There is a bakery right across the street and plenty of food options nearby. Also a supermarket.

Old building with no elevator. The room is located 3.5 floors up, so it requires walking many stairs. Definitely not recommended for anyone out of shape or with heavy luggage Basic room: Space is small and the bed is very noisy.Tiny balcony: Only for a quick smoke. Short stays only: This place is only suitable if you just need a bed to sleep in for a few hours.
