The apartment was clean and the location was in perfect distance to the beach and old town. Also a lot of supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. The EV spot was a little difficult to figure out but we decided not to use it so I cannot really make any statements about that. There were plenty of parking spaces on the premises.

Friendly staff, gave us information about the best restaurants and what to visit in the center of Zadar. Spacious room with comfortable bed.

Both Google Maps & Apple Maps take driver to wrong address: restaurant 100 metres to West (needs updating online);
Bed uses cheap wooden slats (which gave way during early hours) - expect commercial residence to invest in better quality bed;
TV cheap & not intuitive to navigate (& tv remote controller’s batteries needed replacing - thankfully promptly done by helpful receptionist)
