We had an amazing stay at Zadera Accommodation. The room was lovely, very clean and spacious. Mirjana was very helpful and had our room ready for us when we arrived even though it was before check in. If we are ever in Zadar again I would definitely stay at Zadera again.

Convenient location. Short walking distance to key tourist points. Spacious room with modern decorations and good facilities. Our stay was disrupted by unexpected suspension of water supply service from 11:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. on the last day. It was due to water supply maintenance work for the city.

Loved the location and beautiful apartment! Zadar is a great city! Parking was difficult. Once you get a parking spot, keep it! Also room coffee machine was defective but host provided option in shared space promptly. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Loved the mini bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. We would recommend.

TRAVELLER BEWARE. We were unable to get into our room, looked for the key for over an hour. Hotel did not respond to messages or answer the phone until we eventually left and found emergency accomodations. Two days later, we have still not heard from them. Parking was a pretty huge nightmare, too.

Room 4, which is the one my husband and I stayed was lovely. Zadera Accommodation has four units, and it is inside an apartment building. It is evident that the Zadera units were renovated somewhat recently. Our friend stayed in the room across from us, and her room was also beautiful, although ours was bigger. The decor in the rooms was lovely, and more importantly the rooms were spotless. The beds are very comfortable. The location is ideal, which is a plus! The building does not have parking, but it was easy to find parking spots on the street, and we paid at the parking machine When you first arrive and see the building, you may be disappointed, but I promise you will NOT be disappointed.

Excellent location on the water, and great location to explore Old Zadar. Quick Uber ride from the airport and a very short walk to the tour companies that will bring you to Krka and Plitvice. Would highly recommend this accommodation and would stay here again.

This accommodation was located in the old town and a 2 minute walk from the Organ Steps. The apartments were exactly what we expected - clean, well presented and easy to find. Check in and check out were contactless, and it was very easy to follow the instruactions sent by text, email and on the Guestify app too. I would say the only 2 x downfalls of this accommodation were 1) how room 2 was next to the road, so was quite noisy on a night (boats/bikes and cars), however this didnt disturb us much and 2) the bed wasnt the most comfortable.

It was a very apartment. Something of a stretch saying it had a sea view - that required standing by the window and looking down the street. The Internet service was not great. It was tricky trying to stream content from my media account. They did try to get the provider to fix it.

Brilliant modern apartment/ room, very clean and in a great location at top of old town. Hired a car for a couple of days to go to Plitvice Lakes and Nin/ Vir. Both trips were amazing. Parking outside at apartment is zone 2 and is free between 10pm and 8am.

We loved this place. It was clean, cute, and located within walking distance of anything in Old Town, good restaurants, the Sea, etc. The accommodations are clean and modern. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp. The check-in might take a minute for guests to figure out as there is no one onsite. There is a small shared kitchen with a larger fridge and coffee. There are only 4 rooms; so great for a small group to share or solo travelers/a couple. We would definitely stay again.

This was a very nice apartment. It was very clean and a nice size. We had a little trouble finding the building, but a quick text to our contact person and she immediately responded to help us find the location. It is very close (walkable) to the old town and restaurants.

The location of the property was great. It was well located but still quiet. The room was clean, modern, nice. They don't have a front desk so you have to make an appointment the check-in. You have to be precise about it.

Beautiful room with the perfect location! This accommodation is walking distance to everything you need, although parking nearby is difficult. In our room, we had a bathtub in the centre of the room - and I don't usually make time day to day for baths so thought I'd take the opportunity. Be warned that it takes so long to fill even just 1/3 that it's not worth it. However everything else about the room was just perfect. Air con, spacious, comfortable bed, blackout windows, quiet, with storage space and all you'd need such as coffee, hair dryer and a nice bathroom. Our host was welcoming and let us check-in early. There's also a shared kitchen space should you want to prep food. Highly recommend!

We were in room 1 which was a very nice and spacious room set within the old town with less than a five minute walk to the sea organ and less than a minute walk to the start of all the shops, bars, restaurants and sites. Although close to the start of the local amenities, this is a very quiet area with a small garden and church opposite. Kolovare beach is about a 20 minute walk. The room was spacious, very clean, lovely modern decor and very comfortable. The king size bed was also very comfortable. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the room along with a fridge with two small bottles of complimentary water. There is an iron and ironing board and plenty of hanging and cupboard space for clothes etc. The bathroom is a good size complimentary toiletries, a walk in shower and plenty of space for your own toiletries. The main entrance door to the rooms brings you into a very modern decorated area with a sofa and shared kitchenette. The rooms are along a bright corridor from this.

The best accommodation I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, and high quality service. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this accomodation for anyone visiting Zadar, Old Town.

Great location and quieter area of the old town. Good value price and had everything we needed including the air con when got weather. Electric shutters and heavy lined curtains making the room dark even when middle of the day if wanting a break. Had coffee maker, kettle, urning board and iron, safe, fridge, blanket if you wanted it, duvet which is nice with air con on, we were happy with it Service / check in was fine - just let us in and gave us the keys (limited English but all info needed in app and ‘rental guide’) Large lump under flooring in room 3 near entrance to bathroom and this room being nearer to front door meant we did hear other guests walking past at night or early in the morning which was a little disturbing, but otherwise very quiet Would be happy to stay again

We were very tired and we had to wait 10 minutes out in the street not knowing if we were at the right place for the manager to let us in. She also told us she would get us milk for the coffee in the morning and she didn’t.
