Spotless with every amenity you could ask for.
Mari was a wonderful host. We arrived late & she greeted us outside, carried our cases in & even provided us with sliced melon & water.
Lovely quiet location but only a few minutes walk to a variety of restaurants & a couple of supermarkets.

The apartment is newly furnished, clean and has everything we needed for. There’s a small convenience store in 3’ walking distance. Restaurants are approx 15’ walking distance (we like the Mama Mia restaurant the most). The (sandy) beach is a bit far so we took Uber, 10’ driving and around €18 round trip. We went once to the beach with our car and the parking cost is €20 for the whole day, but we noticed that if you come after 5pm the guy at the parking entrance is gone so you don’t have to pay €20.
The host was kind, gave us some sweets upon arrival and watermelons the other day.

A Wonderful Stay in Zadar – Highly Recommended!
I spent a lovely week in this apartment in Zadar this July, and I couldn’t be happier with my stay. The location was perfect – quiet but very well connected, just a short bus or taxi ride into town.
The hosts were absolutely amazing – so warm and welcoming. They greeted us with homemade bread, cake, fresh fruit, and even a glass of cherry liqueur, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home.
The apartment itself was very comfortable and had stunning views – a perfect place to relax after a day exploring. Everything was clean, well-kept, and cozy.
